I came in several months ago, just "window shopping" for a new car. Alfonso met me in the lot and I told him what I had in mind. He contacted me a couple times just to make sure I knew he was out there, but didn't make a pest of himself. I came back in January and told him what I was looking for, expecting to see if they could get one transferred or ordered. They had a model with a few more features, and were able to get the price down to around the same as what I had in mind. Next thing I knew I was buying the car! Keith in Finance worked with me to make the pricing fit my budget. When I had some concerns over the "add ons" he was very flexible, making sure that it was the exact package I wanted and was comfortable with. I'm a happy customer! More

I left a very nice review about Lindsay Chevrolet a couple of weeks ago; I regret that now. I am going to talk the Service Manager about my Saturn Ion. The car has been in the service department for three weeks, after I paid $200.00 for them to charge my battery. There were no (status update) calls to me at all. Now the problem is that I need a new battery for $160.00, which is completely unacceptable. My service person Mike Hetu seems completely nonchalant about the situation. I feel that a battery should have been installed, and my car should be ready for pickup this morning. I just purchased a new Equinox from Lindsay, and the ION was going to be a Christmas gift for my 16 year old daughter. I guess the other customers who left bad reviews were right; Lindsay is just about making money, never mind the service. More
