We are new to the area and were in the market for a new Corvette. We searched the Chevrolet dealers in the area and decided to visit Lindsay because of their Corvette inventory. We explained to him what we were looking for and he showed us a used 2013 Corvette at a substantial savings. It was EXACTLY what we wanted and told him to finalize the deal. Johnnan Johnson checked in with us and ensured we were being taken care of and to inform him of any issues that Steve might not be able to resolve. He also said that Lindsay Chevrolet would apply $100.00 towards the car cover I wanted to get for my new Corvette to show their appreciation for our business. After the deal was complete we sat down with Keith Offenberg to handle the financing. He obtained the best rate possible for us, was very personable in explaining the GM certified warranty to us and possible extended warranty options, which we chose one. I came in several months ago, just "window shopping" for a new car. Alfonso met me in the lot and I told him what I had in mind. He contacted me a couple times just to make sure I knew he was out there, but didn't make a pest of himself. I came back in January and told him what I was looking for, expecting to see if they could get one transferred or ordered. They had a model with a few more features, and were able to get the price down to around the same as what I had in mind. Next thing I knew I was buying the car! Keith in Finance worked with me to make the pricing fit my budget. When I had some concerns over the "add ons" he was very flexible, making sure that it was the exact package I wanted and was comfortable with. I'm a happy customer! More

The car has been in the service department for three weeks, after I paid $200.00 for them to charge my battery. There were no (status update) calls to me at all. Now the problem is that I need a new battery for $160.00, which is completely unacceptable. My service person Mike Hetu seems completely nonchalant about the situation. I feel that a battery should have been installed, and my car should be ready for pickup this morning. I just purchased a new Equinox from Lindsay, and the ION was going to be a Christmas gift for my 16 year old daughter. I guess the other customers who left bad reviews were right; Lindsay is just about making money, never mind the service. More
