Mark was very honest about "advertised price", added fees etc. I was not used to dealing with a "normal honesty car guy" at a dealership. Luckily, my insurance did most of the key work and help lead me to Lindsey Chevrolet in Woodbridge, VA. Edward was an exceptional salesman, that showed genuine remorse for my issue. He let me steer the sale and wasn't pushy at all. Which led me to the car I wanted since I was a kid, the camaro. He worked with me even though I wasnt budging much on my price. He was able to work it out with a manager for a price that worked for me, giving me every discount and incentive possible. Now I am literally happy I open the front door and see her (camaro) smiling back at me. Thanks Ed and Lindsey Chevrolet for the patience and outstanding services. More

Bad experience I went to buy a Chevy Silverado 3500. They gave temporary plates for one month. The dealer notified me 2 days before the plates expired asking for add I went to buy a Chevy Silverado 3500. They gave temporary plates for one month. The dealer notified me 2 days before the plates expired asking for additional information. No one stayed in touch with me at all, I had to call them and ask when I was going to receive the plates. I'm still waiting for someone to contact me even though my plates already expired. I don't think it's normal to have to expired plates on a new car. They only care and offer a great service when you are going to buy a car but once you've bought it they don't care to help You with anything. More
