They were VERY ATTENTIVE until I signed the contract, but when I called the next day and several days after for clarification of the Crystal Fusion service NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS nor did they respond to the salesman's request for follow up (if he really sent the request that is)!! Bottom line, the mgmt team needs to attend a training class on customer service 101! I'm requesting a refund and emailing EVERY UPPER MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL I CAN LOCATE about this horrible experience!!! More

I love my new Malibu I enjoyed our salesman Martin very much. His knowledge of the product was outstanding, and he made it a point to go and get the answers for any quest I enjoyed our salesman Martin very much. Most dealerships have 'vultures' who follow you around and pester you with options, but Martin just wanted to let us know about the car and get our feedback. The only thing we did not appreciate is the haggling for price on the trade in and the new car. The new car price quoted was great (after all discounts), but there is no transparency when it comes to how that price was arrived at, or how the tradein amount was determined. When we balked at the low tradein amount offered, there was the resultant back and forth between the salesperson and the sales manager. How about just go over the numbers IN FRONT of the customer so they know why that low price was put out? Very frustrating to sit and wait to see what the next offer would be, without any explanation. Financing was easy and Ariel was good to work with. He got us a great rate and made sure all the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. More

Great customer service, good Salesman I became a proud owner f a brand new 2017 Chevy Malibu on Saturday May 20, 2017. I went in to test drive and look around and drove off in a car. I test drove 4 different vehicles, 1 I drove twice. The Salesman Martin Villanueva was bout his business. He not one time made me feel like it was a bother. I actually had a good time, he gave great customer service. Although I wasn't able to finance the one I fell in love with (2017 Tahoe) I did leave with a brand new 34 miles 2017 Chevrolet Malibu!!! Martin was a great Salesman as well as the team he work with! Thanks Guys I love it! More

AMAZING MARK ROSS WAS THE BEST I have bought and been to a lot of dealerships! I will tell you this was the best just amazing. First one thing was I had my wife and son there so you I have bought and been to a lot of dealerships! I will tell you this was the best just amazing. First one thing was I had my wife and son there so you think its gonna be hard with the little one?! But they have a little kids area and enough beverages to take down McDonald's lol! Now on to the sell I waited for awhile which was the only down side but Mark Ross was trying to get the best deal for a awesome car. He came directly to the boss my (wife) which is the one you need to make happy and he did a great job of that for sure! Which in return makes my life easier lol. So as he tells me what I'm looking to pay and what my trade in is worth I wasn't to happy at first but he personally comes over to the wife and I and asks what I'm looking to pay so we tell him and has me initial what I would like to pay and brings it to the big man that determines the yes or no?! Well he comes back and we were pretty happy at first as we accepted the offer!? So we sign some documents and finally another Marc the Financial rep. comes and takes us to his office and it was like everything changed?! He gave me more on the trade in and my payment were perfect what I asked for and had gap insurance which made the wife happy lol!!! Which He was amazing also! Now I have to say I will recommend anyone go see Mark Ross cause he goes beyond the normal he even calls a couple days later to ask "if everything is OK and if I'm still happy" I said happy I'm excited and thank you for everything I told him now I refer anyone to him!!! I cant speak on behave of the others but very nice people but after several dealerships this was the best the longest but well worth it. I actually have to say I would hang with Mark that's how much we had in common my wife felt tagged teamed he would say things that made my wife laugh cause its was like a mirror lol. Honestly I can keep going but like I said ask For Mark Ross just coolest most respectful guy you'll meet and I know when its fake this was genuine as my wife even stated she even got his business card! Which was a first I hope he's there when the wife wants anew car cause im going to Mark Ross More
