Upon arrival she was very nice and gave us a lot of time to think about what we wanted to do. She stayed with us through the whole thing. Brandi was the polar opposite of what you think of with a car sales person. Angel the manager was awesome as well. This dealership has a great service department and a cool soda machine :) More

Nov. 26, 2018 to confirm no special requirements, incentives, etc. Darryl Dunn confirmed car would be sold to me for $59,044. Called back and spoke to Jose (sales manager) who confirmed price and confirmed that Chevy's 0% 72 mth. financing would also be available w/ no changes in price. Told Jose I would be driving 3.5 hours to get vehicle next day and would be mad if price changed. He again confirmed price AND financing, put me on hold came back and confirmed price and financing w/ his bosses and confirmed again. I arrived at 1230 Tuesday to purchase car. Mark Ross began renegotiating price, starting at ~$72,000. After I told him about $59,044 price, he lowered price to ~$68,000 and said the $59,044 price was a mistake that they could not honor. Said they 'see this a lot' and 'deal with this a lot here at Lindsay', which clearly means they do this a lot to get customers inside their showroom. This is a dishonest bait-and-switch false advertising tactic. I left the facility and am doing my best to ruin their reputation via social media. I took the day off from work, so incurred lost wages, time and expenses for myself and my sister who rode w/ me so she could drive current vehicle home while I drove new Tahoe. I went there in good faith, fully intending to buy the vehicle, presuming that they would keep their word (and advertised internet rate) and they did not. Liars. Bate-and-switch is their game. Cannot be trusted. Don't waste your time w/ these dishonest jerks. Now, no one in a management position will return my phone calls, voice mails or emails. Completely inept and unprofessional. More

Lindsay not standing behind their work My husband had an oil change at Lindsay Chevrolet (on August 20, 2018) on the 2015 Equinox he purchased at Lindsay. Last week (week of November 5) an My husband had an oil change at Lindsay Chevrolet (on August 20, 2018) on the 2015 Equinox he purchased at Lindsay. Last week (week of November 5) an oil trouble light came on the dash that also said stop engine When we called Jay Tippett he said it was our problem. If we were afraid to drive the car to Lindsay it was on us to have it towed. The car was out of warranty. Wrong answer. What about Lindsay's warranty for the oil change? It's been less than 3 months! Jay directed us the car could still be driven and we should go to Page Chevrolet, which is closer to our house. We bought 3 cars there you send us somewhere else we'll go and not look back. More

Strong sales tactics, said my credit score was low it was actually in the 740s said my vehicle was inconsistent with car fax i said look at the inspection it is certified that the mileage is correct and that i go to a private mechanic who doesn't report to car fax. they held my vehicle and it was difficult to get my keys back. said it would take 1 hr. to get financed it actually took over 4 hrs. strong arm sales techniques finance office would not accept no to additional products and services. More
