Joe Fazio led me through the entire servicing process, I can't imagine anyone else handling the situation any better. He explained some basic car care things to me, which was helpful. I didn't have to deal with much paper work or stressful forms. I felt he was very approachable, which is a rare find with car dealers. I usually find them to be overbearing and I don't want to be in the same building with them, let alone speak with them. As far as these things go, it was a warming experience. Everything went smoothly. I actually enjoyed the waiting room. The vending machines were a good price, it was good to have the news on, and the seating area was clean looking and accommodating. My drive to this dealership was about an hour away, but I'll probably be making a trip back for my next service. More

I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and they helped make it happen for me. I ended up financing with Toyota because they beat out my preapproved financing rate of 3.25%. Upon a recommendation from a colleague, I decided to give it another chance. What a difference! Working with "Fitz" the salesperson was a pleasure. There was no hard sell, no constant running to the "guy in the back" for a price, and no sleazy Hawaiian shirts. I wasn't there for hours, I wasn't asked " what it would take to get me in the vehicle today"- rather, he asked an approximate timeline for when I was looking to buy. The manager, "Joe" came to introduce himself and thank us for coming to the dealership- no hassle, no fast talk, then walked away. The finance person, Lydiann, was fabulous- just presented us with the options available, didn't try to sell anything I didn't want, and we closed our business promptly. It was truly a satisfying experience all around. More
