Every thing was great. My sales men bill swan was awsome. Did not like what I was offered for my trade in and that I had no idea what my trade in was till I was ready to sign loan papers. I ended up waking up to a flat tire on Monday morning. When I got to work I called Toyota and they were able to arrange an appointment for me at noon that same day to have it fixed. When I pulled up, I was immediately greeted by Joe Fazio who told me how long it would take and told me right away that they would try and repair the tire and if the tire couldn't be repaired, what it would cost. I got a phone call about an hour later from Joe that the tire was able to be repaired and I could pick up my car when I was ready. I went back right after work, it didn't cost me anything, and I was able to make plans on time which I already had scheduled for that night. I was very impressed at how accommodating Toyota was in fixing everything that same day so that it didn't disrupt my whole week! Joe Fazio was also very friendly and showed exactly the kind of customer service that people should always experience. A flat tire is no way to start your work week, so thank you for taking care of it! More
