First off, let me say that the experience was overall a First off, let me say that the experience was overall a pleasant one. I made an appointment with the Internet Sales rep (Alysia), who gave me a First off, let me say that the experience was overall a pleasant one. I made an appointment with the Internet Sales rep (Alysia), who gave me a generously low pre-negotiated price on a 2010 Prius via a car buying service, which Liberty Toyota accepts. Upon arrival at the dealership with my partner Paul, I was met with Alysia, who then introduced me to Marc, the salesman who helped me further. He reviewed with me what I wanted, and agreed on the low price. He then asked if I had a trade-in, and I said I did. He then went off and proceeded to appraise the 2006 Corolla that I had, came back after 15 mins and took me out to test drive a Prius of my choosing. He was pretty laid back throughout the test drive, which was a plus in my book. When we all came back to the showroom, I encountered my only disappointment. I was asking $8300 for my trade-in, but according to Marc, his "book" value is only $6500 (which is bogus, because Kelly Blue Book even values it as $8700!). I didn't want to argue, and he simply suggested if I wanted to just sell it myself privately, I said "okay". He then went ahead and confirmed the price on the Prius and I agreed that I was going to pay for the car only with no trade-in, hassle-free. He then shook my hand and congratulated me on my new Prius, and proceeded to arrange my insurance with me, and lead me to the Finance Dept. The finance guy had a great personality and didn't pressure me to get an extended warranty; he even cut the price in half! I politely declined, but thanked him for his offer. I had my own financing with Capital One, so I didn't take any dealership loans. After all was said and done and a little over two hours have passed, I got the keys to my new 2010 Blue Ribbon Metallic Prius and rode off into the sunset...well, Paul had to drive the Corolla back home with me so we can discuss how I could sell it myself. I would recommend this dealership only for "Internet" buyers so you can bypass all of the price haggling involved. They will gladly accept a surprisingly low pre-negotiated price, if you know where to look. More
We went to the dealershipto checkout the 2010 prius, when we sat down to talk prices we were told there was a $2000 mark-up so our $23k prius would cost us nearly $29k after the paint protector, etching, et we sat down to talk prices we were told there was a $2000 mark-up so our $23k prius would cost us nearly $29k after the paint protector, etching, etc... and that was NOT including tax and tags. We offered $24 and they accepted. the $2k markup is bull. Dont pay that! they are making plenty since they only pay about 20-24 for the prius but sell them for 24-30k. Marc was friendly and the experience was overall ok, not great. In retrospect i would NOT buy from liberty again. Showroom is beautiful though! More
Ask upfront whether dealerships charge Premiums: Liberty's 2010 Prius prices online and on lot show sticker prices of $23,000 - $28,000 but when arrived and spoke to salesman we were shocked that t Liberty's 2010 Prius prices online and on lot show sticker prices of $23,000 - $28,000 but when arrived and spoke to salesman we were shocked that there is a $10,000 PREMIUM on top of the sticker price (they claim that 'everybody has premiums') - NOT TRUE. Although some dealers are charging premiums, two PA dealerships that we also visited as well as another NJ phone quote DO NOT(we spoke to salesman at each place who gave us the 'bottom line') and their sticker prices were the same range ($23,000-$28,00) as Liberty. We had called Liberty on the phone before visiting, told salesman we were interested in the Prius, and he said nothing about premiums. More
I shopped the 5 closest dealers to me on the internet. Liberty responded to my price quote request very quickly. They provided me an up front price which was better than the other two that I recieved. The Liberty responded to my price quote request very quickly. They provided me an up front price which was better than the other two that I recieved. The other 2 dealers did not provide a quote. I scheduled an appointment with Alysia. The staff was very friendly. The price was exactly as quoted over the internet. The Dealership was brand new and very beautiful, I plan on using Liberty for service even though Cherry Hill Toyota is just a mile from me. I highly recommend Liberty Toyota! More

I got a quote on phone from Dennis and I was also told that if I find another quote less than they were offering, he would beat it by at least $300. I found it but when I went to them, Dennis didn't show that if I find another quote less than they were offering, he would beat it by at least $300. I found it but when I went to them, Dennis didn't show up and he asked me to talk to Sheranda (I think that's her or it's Sandra). We talked and she seemed friendly. It was time to test drive and we found that the moonroof was left open over night and it rained. That car was soaking wet and by the time we came back from test drive, all our clothes were wet. They tried to sell that car to us for at least $1000 more that the other dealer was offering. She argued with us that it's just water and they would dry it out and reduce the price up to $300. Dennis, who gave us the word that he would beat any price, he was hiding somewhere and didn't even show up when we asked to talk to him. Sandra called another person about financing and this guy told us that we would have to take 4.9% financing if they reduce the price but we were qualified for 0%. By the end of time when we were done talking, they were saying it is waste of time to go around and that was the time we thought. The perks they were offering such as free tyre change, oil change, you can only get those if you have your vehicle serviced for a certain number of times and you can guess if those guys are acting in such a way to sell their car, what would they have done if once i had purchased it and took it for service. Do not think about how big their dealership is or how many cars they have in their lot. I hope this review helped you. FOR A REASON YOU BUY A TOYOTA...LONG TERM INVESTMENT IN A VEHICLE...DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY IT FROM LIBERTY TOYOTA!!!! More
I live in PA and bout car in dealer in NJ so I was given 20 temp tags until license plate could be obtained from PA by dealer. I called them 4 days in advance of temp tag expiring for status - was told wou 20 temp tags until license plate could be obtained from PA by dealer. I called them 4 days in advance of temp tag expiring for status - was told would not be issue. Over next 3 days my wife and I called about 6 times to get a story. Staff gave incorrect answers and most times never called back. Only one employee worked to resolve my issue and arranged a loaner car until my tags come in. So car I bought that I am making payments on and paying insurance for sits in my driveway for 11 days until my tage come in. More
