I approached my sale through the Internet. I worked online through email and Jody gave me all the information I requested on the Rav 4 V6 Sport. I wasn't going to get the Rav till I sold my 14 year old online through email and Jody gave me all the information I requested on the Rav 4 V6 Sport. I wasn't going to get the Rav till I sold my 14 year old Camry but when she called me to follow up I made an appointment and agreed on a price, color I wanted (and it was available) before I even got to the store. When I arrived at Liberty's new building which is beautiful, I was introduced to a saleman named Fitz who brought the car up beautifully cleaned, went over all the features and took it for a test drive. I gave him my printout with the price and we did the paperwork. I was introduced to the Service Department before I left and all in all that was the nicest and easiest car buying experience I could imagine. I really love the car. More
