Call Joe at the last minute for a routine service of my Camry. He was able to get me an appointment and the work was done fast. I've NEVER been one to go to a dealership for service because they always nickel and dime you. But I was forced to finally visit because I am looking at a 2 hour drive for the holiday weekend and was af because they always nickel and dime you. But I was forced to finally visit because I am looking at a 2 hour drive for the holiday weekend and was afraid of driving that far with a rattling noise in my car. When I got to Liberty Toyota, Joe Fazio the Asst. Service Manager was AMAZING!! Although they were 15 minutes from closing, he took the time to look at my car and asked if I would mind leaving it so they could service it in the morning. Jim drove me home and the following morning, Joe called me up and told me what was wrong and that my car was already being worked on. Kerry came by to pick me and Debbie, the Rental Manager helped me get a car and I was in and out to work in less than 30 minutes. It's only 10am and I already got the call from joe that my car is all fixed and ready to be picked up! AND the part was still under warrenty so there was no charge! The friendly staff and the prompt service has converted me and I will definitely be taking my car to Liberty for everything! Thank you to Joe, Debbie, Jim and Kerry for helping everything!!! More
Bought a used Ford truck here in December 2010. The staff is nice but they were completely unwilling to negotiate. I bought my Tacoma back in 1999 in Pa @ Langhorn Toyota. The only reason I didn't buy @ Liberty is because they had no 4X4 in stock. I visited Liberty with two business partners looking to purchase two Prius's for our sales fleet. After spending 1.5 hrs with the salesperson I was told there is a $5,000 over sticker charge on the Prius. purchase two Prius's for our sales fleet. After spending 1.5 hrs with the salesperson I was told there is a $5,000 over sticker charge on the Prius. They called this a market value charge. It is ridiculous to leave this detail out until the last minute. A dealer is entitled to ask any price they wish, but has an obligation not to waste the customers time. If they want to charge more than sticker, than put a sign on the window in the show room. This would have saved us from wasting a total of 4.5 hours of our day between the three of us. I called Conicelli Toyota who had a better selection and is selling them for sticker price. They laughed when I told them my Liberty story. Check with any dealer other than Liberty. Liberty Toyota is a sham. I live 3 miles from Liberty and own two other Toyotas and will not buy from them. Call other dealers before buying anything from Liberty Toyota. They treat you like gold when you walk in and then suprise you with tricks like this. I have bought many many vehicles in my life and this was the worst experience yet. More
I recently purchased a new 2011 4runner from Patrick Bradley, his services were great. We we're able to upgrade with the accessories we were looking for in the vehicle without being pushed into purchasi Bradley, his services were great. Patrick arranged for leather interior, dvd players in the headrests, remote start & lojack to be installed into my new 4runner. They were able to answer all of my questions & take care of any issues that might arise. I was able to meet Joe Fazio in service. He arranged for my 4runner to be pinstriped & everything was done without a hitch. We also had a friend with a Tacoma pickup which is in the shop with Joe Fazio for a warranty recall on the frame. Joe is very helpful & great at contacting you to make sure everything is taken care of. Everytime sometime needs to be done at the dealership Joe & Patrick are able to make it happen easily without any issues. If I need to leave my vehicle they are always able to arrange a rental car for me. The rest of the staff that I have meet is great, Jean Claude, Dane & Michael Archie. Fortunely I plan to keep my 4runner for quite a while, but I would highly recommed Liberty Toyota to anyone. I have dealt with some other dealers in the past & let me tell you I love going back here for anything. More
