RUN AWAY FROM LAN!! My wife and I had been talking to Lan Cain about purchasing a 2009 Toyota Camry. We spoke on a Thursday and he advised me of my financing options of 500 down 595 a month or 1000 down 485 Cain about purchasing a 2009 Toyota Camry. We spoke on a Thursday and he advised me of my financing options of 500 down 595 a month or 1000 down 485 a month. I told him I would have to talk to my wife and we may look around. The next day he calls my wife while we are in a store giving her attitude that we didn't call him back after he spent all day yesterday working on us. He then tells her that he told me about 0 down 495 a month yesterday and that for 500 it was 485 and 1000 it was 475(changing everything he told he and I wrote down not even 24 hours earlier) then my wife told him we were looking around he got nasty with her. She the repeated to him "if we come in today we can put 0 down and leave with a car" He stated "yes that what I just said isn't it?". So we drove and hour down to the dealership cause we were on our was down to that area for lunch anyway. We look at the car he quoted us with. My wife and I decided we would do it with 0 down even though we both wished we could get another sales person because Lan was so rude. After 4 hours of waiting to sign all the paperwork and get into financing my wife starts to feel sick(she is a diabetic) she asked how much longer it would be and he stated 15 min because we were going to get my wife food. 45 min later the only nice thing he did was buy her crackers out of the vending machine because he was wrong. We sign everything I walk into Financing and the woman asks if I am putting 500 or 1000 down today. I was floored! my wife walked in and I told her she broke down in tears. First Lan Cain called me a liar saying I didn't tell me wife about 0 down But really he lied to us because we didn't have a 0 down option!! so after 5 1/2 hours we said we would do the 500 down Lan takes my car to detailing 20 min later he pulls it out and we are ready to go. I get in the car and the driver door is sticky and the center console has spots all over it. I nicely walk back in and ask Lan to come out and has the guys clean it better. He states "its used your not going to get every spot off." I told him I licked my finger and wiped it off I know it can be cleaned better. he comes out takes the car in the back AGAIN. my wife goes to the bathroom and he is in the employee area bad mouthing me and cursing about but unreasonable I was. Being a Certified Toyota the brakes started squealing the next day and the windshield wipers leave huge areas uncleared when you use them. A week later I pull down the back seats and leaves fall out from not being cleaned properly. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. More
I loved my experience at Liberty Toyota. First, James took great interest in my work and life situation and really went to great lengths to make sure I was taken care of and got the vehicle I wanted at the figure that I had budgeted for. On top of that he gave me all these perks (window etching, tires for loyalty, maintainence package,etc...) all within my budgeted figure. If I continue to live in the Philadelphia area and purchase a car in the future, Liberty will definitely be the place I start to set the standard for all other dealerships. And, to be honest, I would be very surprised if another can offer the deals and care that Liberty, and specifically James, provided to me. More

Here at Liberty Toyota, I get treated like more than just another customer. Besides the free wifi, big screen tv, and free coffee, Liberty Toyota has the BEST customer service I've experienced anywhere. They are always friendly and ready to help out. They are very prompt with their work. Speaking of their work, it's always better than I expect! After every service done on a customer's car, it gets a wash for free! I highly recommend Liberty Toyota for all who needs maintenance and service done on their Toyota. More

M After looking and test driving different suv models for several weeks. My inclination was not to make a final decision until I drove a Toyota. My family has rented before from Liberty Toyota and were treated well, by the rental staff. After, a long Saturday of car hunting we arrived thirty minutes before closing. David immediately came to assist us by giving his undivided attention. There was no rushing us, the total opposite, he made every effort to help us know everything about the vehicles we were interested in and breathing room to do so. No pushing, no nonsense, just pure friendly, imformative professionalism. When we decided on the vehicle, we were given all the infomation on it and all our questions were answered thoroughly and respectfully at all times. David has a special quality and equilibrium about his conduct. He never pulled sales tactics but was patient and transparent at all times. This is what maintain our interest in working with him and buying the car. Because nothing turns me away as a role playing sales person. Finally, we were referred to Lydiann the financial manager. Again, the friendly, no nonsense professionalism continued with the financial end of the used car buying process. Again, David kept his attention and courtesy towards us and kept involved with the buying process until the last transaction. My hat is tipped to this dealership for its ambiance of over all attention and friendliness. Never felt awkward in the premises of Liberty Toyota. Just as one expects but does not necessarily get in all business enviroments. And, did I mention how I appreciated and loved the kiddie play room. Centrally, located with enclosed clear walls to keep watch over my little guy, while he played with neat educational toys. I could not ask for more and will look forward to doing future business with this dealership, and also, will spread the word to others. More
I was recommended by Pavlo Olenchyk in late 2009 to buy a new car from Liberty Toyota. From that recommendation I did purchase a 2010 Highlander from Liberty and James Koluboi was the sale person who helped new car from Liberty Toyota. From that recommendation I did purchase a 2010 Highlander from Liberty and James Koluboi was the sale person who helped us in that transaction. That purchase was conducted professionally and no sales games were played. We made a fair deal and we have been very happy with the Highlander. Since my purchase for the 2010 Highlander was basically stress free, when it came time to buy another vehicle we decided to look first with Liberty and talk to James Koluboi. This time we purchased a 2011 Scion xD for our daughter. Once again James Koluboi was very professional and took a great deal of time with us, in light of the fact that James was training a new sales associate at the time. . In the next 4 years, I will need to purchase 2 more vehicles and since my experiences were so good on the last two transactions, I intend to see James at Liberty for those purchases. More
Wasn't a very pleasent experinece. I wanted to buy a toyota corolla and wanted to know how much they'd value my 2000 Acura TL (W Navigation and ..all)car in a trade. The sales person (Fred) came back wi toyota corolla and wanted to know how much they'd value my 2000 Acura TL (W Navigation and ..all)car in a trade. The sales person (Fred) came back with a quote valuing my car for $200 and deducted that from teh Corolla's MSRP. I'm not against dealers trying to make money, after all they are doing a bussiness and that should be their motive. But this is being greedy, and that is when I decided to have some fun and atlest make my trip worth my time. I told him there itself that I didn't want to trade my car, as I could sell it for more atleast $4000. I went home and put an Ad on craigslist for $4200 (KBB $4800), nad someone bought my car for 4000 the next day itself. The buyer himself said that he was willing to pay even more as he thought the car was maintained well. Fred is a new salesman and was trying to get a sale under his belt but, the manger (Jean-Claude) seemed greedy. I asked them to give me thier best quote and told them that I'd compare. They didn't give me a "quote" but gave me a ridiculously low number on a scratch paper. After I went to couple of other dealerships to compare nobody was even close. I spoke to Fred over the phone and asked if they would honor the price. He siad they definetely would and the car will be ready for me to pick up. Obviously when I got to the dealership the number changed it went even higher than other dealers quotes. So they are Greedy and Lie! Stay away from this place. More

Recently i noticed that the driver side door was not fully closing in my husbands car. The more I drove the car, the worse the driver side door got. With my husband coming home soon I made an appointment at Liberty Toyota in Burlington, NJ. When I got there I met Joe. He checked my two young daughters and I in. He showed me where some complimentary drinks were for my daughters and checked us in right away. The appointment was no more then half an hour. When my husbands car was ready Joe came to find us. He informed me that the issue was just a few loose bolts and said the service was free of charge. In addion to that he had the car washed. I was extremely grateful and it is nice to know that Joe and Liberty Toyota truly values their customers. More
