James K at Liberty Toyota was fantastic. When we walked in, two other salesmen blew us off because of our age, but James K stepped up and got us exactly what we were looking for. He was very straightforward and entertaining, and the dealership has a few perks to buying your vehicle there (free oil changes, free washes, online service scheduling, coffee, etc.). James walked us around and introduced us to everyone, and the finance guy was great also! Very down to earth people, except for the two salesmen that brushed us off in the beginning because they didn't think we'd seriously buy a car until "my mom gets here." If you're going to Liberty, do yourself a favor and avoid the grumpy old white guys, we had great experiences with James K, the financing department, the service department, and even Angel A when initially checking out the car about a week prior to the purchase. It would be a shame to discount an entire dealership full of great people just because of one or two rude and discriminatory employees. More

I went into Liberty Toyota to buy a Toyota FJ Cruiser, but after analyzing my finances, I realized I couldn't afford it. He educated me on Toyota cars and the company and suggested that I build my credit with Toyota by paying my car payments on time for a year or two, and then come back and try for the car I really want. Dave was very courteous, patient, and accomodating while helping me choose another car. He was knowledgeable about the different makes and models of cars on the lot. He allowed me to test drive a car and ask as many questions that I needed to ask (even if it was the same question more than once). I had a great experience at Liberty Toyota and Dave was the reason. That is why I have given him the highest marks above. I hope this is helpful to Dave because I plan on coming to see him in two years for another car. To make matters worse, when we made a good offer based on the cars condition we were treated with contempt. In other dealerships we got the high pressure sell. Even my P.V.D.(Previous Favorite Dealership), where we have purchased three vehicles, could not make a deal with us because I knew the vehicle I was interested in was WAY over priced. Our experience with Liberty Toyota was quite different. I found the car listed on Ebay with a link to their web site. Clicking on their link was a breeze. Finding enough infomation on the car to make ME happy was easier yet. Then a window popped up allowing me to converse with Alissa (spelling?) who answered any question I could think of. She set up an appointment for my wife and I to look at the car. We drove to the dealership where we were introduced to Michael DeLaRosa. I am not sure I can convey how welcome, important and confident he made us feel in writing. This young man was a PLEASURE to do business with. Not only was the car BETTER than described, a test drive was immediately offered and we were allowed to drive the vehicle without someone trying to sell it to us from the back seat. Mr. DeLaRosa also gave us a thorough description of the traffic patterns in the area. Upon returning we were left alone to go over the entire car to my satisfaction. When we were ready to talk Mr. DeLaRosa was immediately available and preceeded to explain all aspects of the vehicle and dealership. A deal was made in minutes. The vehicle was gassed up, cleaned, mats installed and paid for in a very short amount of time. Mr. DeLaRose explained every step, escorted us to where we needed to go and introduced us to every person we needed to deal with. He was also there to congratulate us and send us on our way. As luck would have it, they had an '11 vehicle I was considering elsewhere and given the VERY good pricing, excellent car condition and personal, quick treatment we did the deal quickly and professionally. My experience earlier in the day was less then favorable, so I was not sure what to expect and was a bit anxious. I had worked with Sara, online, and I did get to meet her and she introduced me to Angel Arroyo. Angel was courteous, friendly, helpful and truly wanted to meet my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and answered all my questions. Lynn, in financing was also very helpful and understanding. My daughter's in-laws have always dealt with Liberty and I can see why.......I will definitely be back!! Oh - and one more thing - Mike the magician was great....what a pleasant addition as we waited for Angel to finish another transaction. Liberty has truly thought of everything!
