WOW! The service was excellent from the moment I picked up the phone and dialed the # to Libery Toyota. I sat down with Keri and she asked questions about what I was interested in. We talked about the credit and she was extremely friendly the entire time. She dedicated her time to explain my options. Unlike the other dealership I went to whom didn't give that much. She allowed me to drive 2 different vehicles before I decided which one I liked. I fell in love with the vehicle and wanted it. With Pete at her side, they were able to work an amount that was ok for all of us. After all was said, I said to them both that even if I walked out with the same vehicle, I would have been 100% satisfied with them and the company. James was very friendly and helpful. I was trying to sell my Matrix and was planning to sell it the week after I went to Liberty Toyota. When they told me they want the car immediately, they lent me a Coroll my Matrix and was planning to sell it the week after I went to Liberty Toyota. I dont have to pay for the car I rented, and the process of selling my car and renting a car there was very, very smooth. I came in to get my corolla 's oil change and started asking questions. Milt showed me something he thought I might like and the only problem I had was traveling space and then he showed me the a vehicle asking questions.
