Tito was extremely helpful and know the vehicle inside and out that he was showing me. He was very laid back and never pressured me. When I walked into the dealership yesterday evening to finish the paper work we had started earlier in the day I didn't need anyone to tell me who David was, because I remembered where I sat the last time I met him. I went straight to him, and he seemed to know who I was. He stood up and greeted me and he went to work. Very smooth experience! We bought a 4 Runner from Milt 7yrs ago and had an excellent experience then. We love Toyota's our new Rava4 is our fifth Toyota. My husband and I bought our used Sienna at a different Toyota dealership in New Brunswick. We were new to the area and after the horrible sales experience there decided to have our vehicle serviced elsewh Toyota dealership in New Brunswick. We came across Liberty Toyota in our net searches and decided after all the great positive reviews about the service department, to give it a try. Unfortunately, during the service inspection they did find some major/minor problems with our car, even though it was only 1 month new for us. We were pissed at the other dealership but so glad to have such knowledgable and helpful people at Liberty to help us. We only have one car, and our schedule is quite crazy and so unstable we were unable to bring our car in for another two months to fix the major problem, but when we rung Kylie right up, she was able to take care of us and get our car fixed asap. We're currently saving up to buy another car and we're defintely going back to Liberty for all our sales and service needs. This place cannot be beat for its exceptional customer service. I been to other Toyotas, THIS ONE IS THE BEST!! They're not out to get you for your money, and leave you cold. They're really here for you and care about the customer's wants and needs.
