Basically, the tire I took my 2001 Toyota Rav 4 in for service on Friday, 2/1/13. Joe Fazio handled me and was very pleasant and professional. Basically, the tire pressure monitoring light and come on even though my tires had the correct amount of air. The mechanic found a screw in the tire which was causing the light to come on and took it out and patched the tire up. Also, the Bluetooth needed service and was taken care of. It was a pleasant experience on a cold morning. I totally recommend this dealership. I've had excellent service with this dealer since I bought my Rav4 new in 2011 when I bought it off of Milt Ortiz.
