Had a WONDERFUL experience purchasing a certified pre-owned 2011 Toyota Venza V6. I made an inquiry on-line regarding an internet special, went in the next day & test-drove the car. The car was in pre-owned 2011 Toyota Venza V6. I made an inquiry on-line regarding an internet special, went in the next day & test-drove the car. The car was in PRISTINE condition (only 20 k miles). "Fitz" was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the car, courteous, professional & friendly. Great guy! Got a reasonable trade-in value for my existing car, he fully complied w/ the internet offer & offered financing that was better than my credit union. It was a great experience! The last time I bought a car was 12 years ago, so I was expecting a really "hard sell" salesman, but that was not the case! Fitz even helped me set up my cell phone on the blue tooth system. We had purchased from Liberty over 10 years ago with good experience( still love our car) and came back for a newer used van and found exactly what we needed. The sales staff was extremely professional ( Tit experience( still love our car) and came back for a newer used van and found exactly what we needed. The sales staff was extremely professional ( Tito, Jean-Claude, and Lydiann),courteous,and worked with us in negotiating a deal that satisfied us. We would highly recommend Liberty to anyone looking for a new or used car. There was never any pressure, only a genuine interest in meeting our needs and budget.
