I have had my elderly Toyota Camry(s) serviced at Liberty Toyota for a total of 24 years. This week it was time for me to replace the latest lady of driving. She assured me that all my fears and dread about car salesmen and dealer rip offs would be thrown aside when dealing with Dave. How right she was! What a nice man. A family man. A person so proud of his product and so well informed as to the why's, why nots, when's and ifs that Toyota could perform for me, I was completely sold very early in our salesman to customer relationship. it was a delight to deal with Dave. He listend to my needs and concerns, he smiled gently at my wonder at the new Toyota I wanted, and he actually presented me, for viewing, three separate Camry LE's so I could determine my choice of color. His automotive knowledge gave me confidence in my car choice, and his ability at closing the deal, arranging for my contracts and demonstrating the talents of my new Camry new confidence in the usual poorly reputed car salesman. This is now my second lease with Liberty Toyota. Although Doug was the manager who signed off on the deal, it was Nate who actually put it together. I understand it was his first sale and he should be congratulated. I was quite surprised to later hear that he was a newer salesman. The guy was a natural, and very genuine.The entire team was a pleasure to deal with and the dealership itself was a pleasure to be in - gourmet coffee, great lounge area, clean, and comfortable. Best one for Toyota that I've ever seen. Of course you don't go to car dealership to drink coffee, eat donuts, and hang out; although my children did just that and I didn't hear a peep from them for 3 hours. You go to buy a car, get a good deal, and not feel like you've been put through the ringer. And for those most important things, this dealership hit a homerun. I was extremely pleased with everything. Can't say enough, and they have a customer for life. Highly recommended. More

Misha was very confident and comfortable with the art of selling cars. We had a lot of questions Misha was very patient he didn't try to rush us. Misha was surprised at the previous monthly cost for the lease that I thought was high. You keep hearing about leases starting in the low $200 /mo but I guess that applies to the low end vehicles. All in all Misha made the experience a good one plus I truly like this vehicle way more than the one I traded in. Kudos to Toyota for making some much needed changes in the RAV4 (road noises, the exterior wheel, getting rid of the tiny rear view mirror camera to mention a few). I can't remember the finance person's name and I would be remiss if I didn't include her in saying that she was very pleasant and definitely good at her job. More
