Well, what a great ride! Not just the vehicle, but the entire experience at the dealership on rout 130. It was one of the most pleasant experiences. Not once did we feel pressured. We would really recommend this dealership to friends, family , and all others. The minute we drove in the lot they were all very nice and professional from the complimentary coffee all the way out to the handshake that sealed the deal. I encourage you to visit other dealers, but don't decide on a vehicle until you visit Liberty Toyota first in Burlington. You won't forget the all powerful smiles and greetings from the entire staff. My recent visit was to buy my leased vehicle and I went to see Mr Cain at the dealership, he was the same sales professional I worked with 3 years ago on my lease and he was great then and great now, he took his time with me and answered all my questions he was very knowledgable and gave my very realistic and good advice. I didn't feel like a car was being sold to me but rather a business transaction taking place with no pressure, well given facts, professional and overall a very enjoyable experience. My children went with me on this visit and they felt welcome and loved the kids play area thus they kept busy playing while I worked with Lan. I really left there feeling satisfied and knowing I was doing business with a reputable company and with a genuine and knowledgeable professional who was so egar to help me make my very well informed decisions. I will certainly recommend my friends and family to this gentleman and dealership and will continue doing business there. More
The staff was remarkble, helpful & friendly. Carl & Jean worked very hard to get me into the vehicle of my choice. When financing seemed out of reach, I was offered other options which allowed me to lease a beautiful high-end Highlander for a fraction of monthly financing. Despite the lease option, the vehicle was fairly expensive. The staff was very informative and friendly. I would do it all over again, but perhaps with a much less expensive vehicle. More

Loved my 1995 Camry LE V4 (first car) for 18 years until a lady on the Roosevelt Blvd sideswiped and totalled my driver side. I drove across america 3000 miles from PA to CALI and then back again. I was going through alot of stress with the claim with allstate and statefarm was there for me thank goodness been with them for 10 years leaving allstate due to customer service issues. You get what you pay for in life with the exception of Toyota's quality and reliabilty. Never had an issue with my past car knew every inch and problem but now it was to hunt for the perfect car because who knows how long the next one will last me. So I been doing retail since I was 20 years since I was 17 years old. Always sold with confidence and knowledge which if your a serious business man referal is how the heart of success. Exceitement breeds exceitement and if you believe in what you sell then their is no doubt you will get more business. My extraordinary experience started with contacting the dealership with a warm and professional call with Anthony Griffon who set up my appointment for a test drive. Very knowledgeable and informative and patient with my demanding questions over the phone non the less. Did not feel rushed nor inconvenience to them and got straight answers on fees and what to expect with my purchase. Then when I arrived to the dealer I was given a wonderfully warm handoff to James "Fitz" Fitzgerald. Firm handshake and great eye contact as expected from a professional sales specialist. He was personal and accommodating to all my questions and needs. This was my first buying a car experience and he fulfilled all my expectaions. Walked me through the process gave intelligent reponses to my concerning questions about the car and offered me the courtsey of feeling comfortable in the surrounding areas and the dealer's complementary guest accommodation's food/drink area. I felt like I was a guest more than another customer here. Everyone works very well together and you can sense a pride and accomplisment in the air in this dealership. I visited several dealerships in the PA area and non could hit every category such as Liberty Toyota's experience. No surprises or doubts cross my mind that my loyalty and commitment will ever be imprinted in my memories for another 20 years to come. I still remember the place and time when my mother bought the camry 1995 LE with my recommendation at age 20. She bought several cars for her business and personal usage and all of them had problems. My best friend's father (international fine artist) who owned and purchased 5 camrys from that dealership gave me the inspiration in talking my mother into getting a toyota camry back in august 20 1995 with 103 miles on it. I even had connections with a previous sales person who sold cars at that dealership and was offered an amazing insentive to buy from them but they didn't have the exact car I was looking for and I knew my decision would lead me with a buyer's remorse. That's the competition that Liberty Toyota was riding on and I have no regret's or remorse from buying from them because they know what a loyal customer wants. They offer a Lifetime Power Train Warranty which other dealrships will offer a 2 year oil change and tire balance that will come and go. Carsense will offer you lifetime on just the engine but my sale's experience with them was they didn't listen to my budget I was working with and the price was $3000 more which was only a fair price. Liberty Toyota's price was about -$6000 less than the MSRP and the mileage of 25581 apposed to all the other 2010 camrys were much higher in mileage (4k-30k miles difference) and $2000-3000 in price. The condition of the car was far beyond the competition. The other cars had dents and mud between the door hinges and corrosion splattered under the hood. Lydiann Moulton also was a thorough and patient person to work with in finance department. No suprises or unclear finance questions were left unanswered. Trust me my occupation working at AT&T for 5 years in sales operations you tend to pay attention to detail to mistakes when it comes to money. She executed and followed up very professionally with all documentation needed to drive out that day with the car. Oh that reminds me I'm most thankful being my old car was being picked up in 5 days and the dealership worked with me in making it happen that day and relieve the messy allstate conditions of dealing with a rent-a-car situation on claiming my old car and purchasing a new car period. They turned a bad situation into a positive one for me and that will always be remembered and vocalized everytime I talk about my Certified 2010 Silver Camry V6 XLE. This dealership listens and is smart because even though I'm a very consertive buyer I am a very vocal person and will never forget this purchase till my old age. But i'm sure I will be needed future vehicles for the family and hope to see this dealership prosper for when that time comes. People trust opinions of ones you can rely on and being I sold and buy with confidence it beats any advertised gimic out there. I make a decision and I stick with it believing in what choice I make and that will contribute to Liberty Toyota's sucess. To be completely honest, my husband and I came into the dealership to look at the Camry before going to the Nissan dealership to purchase there. We had talked to Joanne on the phone and she introduced us dealership to look at the Camry before going to the Nissan dealership to purchase there. We had talked to Joanne on the phone and she introduced us to Carl when we got there. Carl was very friendly, personable and knowledgable. He took the time to show us the different styles of Camrys and helped us find the perfect one for us. He helped us get the best deal and set us up to get a backup camera and remote starter added. The service department was very friendly and set us up with a rental vehicle while our new Camry is getting it's new additions. We walked out of the dealership with a sense of peace knowing that not only do we have a great reliable new vehicle, but that our wallet was not taken advantage of. I went to this dealer with the plans of buying a used vehicle, but left with a brand new lease and couldnt be happier. He is very knowledgable of the entire process, not once stuttering or saying he didnt know. Carl's customer service was by far the best I have ever experienced at a dealer. I have bought several cars in my time and absolutely can't stand dealerships, but I have a whole new respect for Liberty Toyota and Mr. Carl Tassy. As long as I live in New Jersey I will be going through Liberty Toyota and Carl for any new or used vehicle in the future. My experience there was truly amazing as I was treated with the upmost respect by everyone except the Finance Manager, Pete Johnson. I dont want to scare anyone away from Liberty Toyota, but you know the old saying, there's one in every bunch, well he's that one. I would just respectfully ask to have someone else work the finance part of your transaction as I did, and I had no other issues. Like I said before, I don't want to scare anyone off with how disrespectfull Pete Johnson is, just don't deal with him, but after the altercation I had with him almost everyone in the dealership came and personally appoligized to me. My salesman, Carl, really took up for me. I was actually very impressed with how he went and handled the situation. Mr. Pete Johnson continued to disrespect me in our conversation telling me I was wrong and just being very unprofessional, I was at the point to walk out, but Carl really took care of the situation and saved the sell and my buisness. Carl's professionalism is truly amazing and as I knew the whole time, I was right about what Mr. Pete Johnson was telling me I was wrong about. But like I said everyone else appoligized for Pete Johnson's rediculous manner. I seriously would stop your vehicle search right now, and give Carl Tassy a call at Liberty Toyota! More
