Tried to lease a 350RX It is very interesting when all you want to know a what price they will lease you a vehicle for and what the payment, with tax would be and they not o It is very interesting when all you want to know a what price they will lease you a vehicle for and what the payment, with tax would be and they not only will not give it to you they state that they want you to travel over an hour to get the payment. The representative Tennille then stated to stop wasting our time. That was Completely unprofessional and not the way to make sales. There are many other luxury dealerships around and I would not recommend Lexus of Winter Park. More

This is my 3rd Lexus and 3rd dealer that I purchased a Lexus from. I drive over an hour to have my car serviced at Lexus of Winter Park and I look forward to being greeted by Dominic. This was my first time signing a lease so I was a little nervous. I have purchased over 10 new cars in my life from different places. This was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had! His knowledge was impressive. His patient, friendly attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. I will definetly be back. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. I feel like I picked the best car for me with his help. Highly incompetent in comparison to other Lexus stores. Attempted to lease a Lexus from this location twice after moving to Central Florida. Sales persons do an excellent job (Yoel), it all derails when the Attempted to lease a Lexus from this location twice after moving to Central Florida. Sales persons do an excellent job (Yoel), it all derails when the management (Robert King) gets involved in your transaction. I have purchased/leased several if not more than 20 Lexus vehicles from Lexus dealers in South Florida, these guys monopolized the central Florida area, and basically don't care to push you away. Management clearly states, they have plenty of sales each month, their deal is simply "take it or leave it". My first attempt, I was offered 5k under KBB fair trade for my 2014 BMW X5, I traded in somewhere else same day for just shy above KBB's good condition value. My second attempt, I was offered again 5k under KBB fair trade for my 2012 Infiniti QX56 AWD Touring. CARMAX had offered to buy the vehicle for 31,500 based on KBB's value. The manager (Robert King) at this Lexus store offered to pay me 26k. They want to steal your trade in, period. I tried to communicate with the manager(Robert King), whom happened to be the same guy on both of my attempts, I explained to him how they were offering very low for my trades based on actual cash value at other retailers. I expressed how he was going to lose a sale with me one more time. He stated the following; "We sell 500 vehicles monthly, we're good". I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. I personally will never stop there again. More
