No help and doesn't care After 3 years of phone calls to this person in regard to a Lexus dash replacement notification, I decided to go in and personally speak to Kevin. He told me I should just "trade it in for a new one", at which time I'm sure they would miraculously have one available to put on the car to resell. Tracy was no help either. I called another dealer and they got me right in and replaced my dash! I will make sure to warn all my friends to avoid this dealership! More
Relaxed, no pressure. While a vehicle was not purchased at this time, the whole experience with Sergio and the dealership was better than expected. Test drive and numbers discussion was as low pressure as one could get. Atmosphere was relaxed and Sergio was polite and punctual with info. Not once did we feel pressured or like we were wasting our time 'haggling'. Based on this experience I would recommend this dealership and Sergio to anyone. More

Poor communication I visited the service center on 11/7/2017 for routine maintenance. During that appointment I was advised by service advisor of additional service nee I visited the service center on 11/7/2017 for routine maintenance. During that appointment I was advised by service advisor of additional service needed, which only included an alignment. On Sunday 11/19/2017 my battery failed, so I called them the following day 11/20/2017 to schedule an appointment. I was given an appointment for 11/28/2017. Once I arrived I was informed that my 2014 which has only 38k miles is no longer covered under warranty and that I would need to pay out of pocket for the battery. Despite just being at the service appointment on 11/7/2017 no one informed me of the battery fault nor did the service advisor express to me that I was in days of no longer having coverage. The moral of the story is don’t depend on the dealership to be your advocate, study your own warranty and coverages and don’t depend on them to properly inspect your car. As you can see, I was not informed that my battery was failing or near an age where it needed to be replaced while it was still under warranty. Yet, they made recommendations about a service that I would have had to pay for out of pocket at that visit. It’s a business and they’re gonna put their bottom line first, so again, be dillegent and be your own best advocate. More
