I CAME BACK AND BOUGH FAR HAD GONE BEYOND MY EXPECTATION, SO WITH MOHAMED. THE FIRST CAR I BOUGHT WAS IN A HEADON COLLISION AND IT SAVED MY SONS CAR. I CAME BACK AND BOUGHT ANOTHER. I HAD EVEN RECOMMENDED MY BROTHER TO BUY HIS SUV WITH RUDY. I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THE OTHER SALES REPRESENTATIVES BUT RUDY IS WONDERFUL, HE IS THE BEST. THE REST OF THE REPRESENTATIVES SHOULD PROBABLY LEARN FROM RUDY. YOUR PRICES ARE BETTER THAN OTHER DEALERS. SO SORRY YOUR NUMBERS ARE AWFUL. ALL YOU NEED IS ONE BAD TOMATO. More

I have purchased many cars in my life and all good transactions until now. This experience at LEXUS of ORLANDO was the worst buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a new 2009 Lexus GX470 in November 2009. Within a short period of time I noticed abnormal wear on the driver's seat. A. The driver’s seat cushion has a 6-8” area at least ½” wide where the top layer of the leather has worn through to the white under weaving of the leather. B. I brought this to the attention of the General Service Manager at Lexus of Orlando on December 28, 2009 just 7 weeks after the vehicle was purchased new. C. On the above date the odometer showed less than 2400 miles. D. I have owned three other GX 470’s that I have personally driven at least 25-30,000 miles each with no abnormal wear shown on the driver’s seat. I received a call back from the Service Manager on January 8, 2010 telling me that he had reviewed this with his District Manager. Alan Sandberg, the service manager, advised me that the Lexus District Manager considered this normal wear and tear and therefore will not be providing any warranty coverage. Normal wear and tear, you have to be kidding me….. Would you accept this on a 7 week old car that you purchased new? I think not. Why should I? My wife and I have been loyal Lexus owners since we purchased a new LS400 shortly after they were introduced. My expectation of Lexus was that they made superior vehicles and customer service was second to none. Now I learn that Lexus is just like Tiger Woods and Mark McGwire. They talk the talk, but when it comes time to show integrity and walk the talk Lexus is just as slick and evasive as today’s congress. Very disappointing to learn this as I am just their customer. I am totally mystified why I am being treated in this manner. Obviously I have purchased my last Lexus. Funny, I always thought it was easier and much more profitable to keep a good customer than find a new one. If you are looking for a stress free buying and long term ownership experience I would go elsewhere. More
I am beyond annoyed with this dealership and have had two occasions of extreme carelessness. Most recently I took my vehicle in for maintenance and repair of a couple of items. When I got the car back I no occasions of extreme carelessness. Most recently I took my vehicle in for maintenance and repair of a couple of items. When I got the car back I noticed that the rear speaker was rattling. Turns out the speaker is blown. Of course the dealership doesn't want to take blame and a technician would never admit something they didn't have to. The dealership has offered (completely insulted me) to only charge me $300 + tax instead of the normal $500 + tax for the part. Why should I have to pay anything for something they've done?! A few years prior to this, I took another Lexus that I had in for service and they ran it into a concrete pole and messed up the front right corner panel. My husband knew how upset I was and decided to just get me a new car. We turned in the already new car GS300 (it was in for the 5,000 mile service) and got a GS430. I had originally wanted the 430! The dealership didn't work me any deals ... I went from a $630 per month lease to a $945 per month lease! I was very nice with the concrete pole issue. One would think that the dealership might just take care of me in this case!!!!!!!!!! More

I've purchased four new cars in the past 25 years, and dealing with this dealership has been better than most. Be prepared for the normal negotiating tactics that all dealers use (low-balling trade-in v dealing with this dealership has been better than most. Be prepared for the normal negotiating tactics that all dealers use (low-balling trade-in value, a chain of 3-4 negotiators that each say they have the authority to negotiate the deal but always end up taking any offer up the chain to get their manager's approval, etc. ). But go in well prepared, know what you're willing to spend, abd know what the various blue-book values are (dealer trade, consumer-to-consumer sale, dealer-to-consumer sale). If you go in with reasonable expectations and are willing to spend 2-3 hours negotiating, you can eventually get the car you want at a good price. More
