Great Buying Experience at Lexus of Winter Park with Pan We had decided to get a luxury car but did not have a personal experience with Lexus. We were inclined to the 530 Series BMW. After speaking with our trusted local mechanic who services two Camry's for us we decided to look at Lexus. We chose a 350 ES model with the Navigation package. Our sales person, Baoling Pan (Pan), had a delightful and informed style that was low pressure or no pressure. He was interested in answering our questions and providing solutions (the car we wanted was at the sister dealership (Lexus of Orlando). We went from test drive to delivery in four days. It was a great experience both at the dealership level and at the sales level. More

"Sales Manager" Chanlin Sok a bully of woman Chanlin Sok is a disgrace for Lexus of Winter Park. I have been a customer of Lexus of Winter Park since 2007. This guy disrespect my wife during th Chanlin Sok is a disgrace for Lexus of Winter Park. I have been a customer of Lexus of Winter Park since 2007. This guy disrespect my wife during the negotiation and she still decided to buy the car. However, she ask to talk to Mr. Sok 's manager while she was signing the papers in the finance department. Mr. Sok walked aggressively into finance department and threaten to not sell the car.... this is unheard off. Mr. Sok you should be ashamed of yourself . People looking at this please look other bad reviews here regarding Mr. Chanlin Sock. The writing is on the wall... Update: I was contacted by Brian Palermo of Sales department reach out to me to offer me new tires since the tire installed in this vehicle were worn to the point inspection by a third party dealer deem them unsafe. This was all a bribe for me to me remove this review and give them a 10 on their Lexus survey. Upon inspection, the tires they were offering were second hand and not Lexus recommended for this vehicle. This was only an instance of good guy, bad guy which i did not fall for it and further display their unethical behavior. Therefore I proceed to fill a survey giving them a Zero(0) review for their disrespect to my wife and unethical behavior. Shortly after filling the survey I receive a text in my personal with obscene words and hand gestures...what a coincidence. These individuals have not shame. I have try to reach out dealer staff including the customer relations director with no luck. Currently my wife is driving a car with worn tires and I don't even have the wheel locks to change the tires. Definitely the worst car buying experience. Update 6/11: I received obscene and harassing texts shortly after leaving them a well deserve bad review. Too bad I can post a screenshot here... The worst part is that the dealer did nothing about it and they all try to cover this up. This says a lot about them as a business Updated 6/16: Both Mrs. Silvia Mickel director of Customer relations and Howard Keyser Direct of Service had the good gesture to offer me free tire installation and 4 wheel alignment on the tires of my choice. I want to tank them both for stepping up in lieu of the unfortunate sales experience with Mr. Sok and Mr.Palermo. More

Stay Clear of Dion! My car was involved in an accident so I had to buy a new vehicle. The first place I looked was the Lexus dealership in Winter Park. Unfortunately - th My car was involved in an accident so I had to buy a new vehicle. The first place I looked was the Lexus dealership in Winter Park. Unfortunately - the salesperson that I encountered was Dion. Once he found out I was replacing a (fully loaded) Ford Edge - he (wrongly) ASSUMED we could not afford a Lexus! Keep in mind we drove up in a Mercedes! He would not show us any of the features of the SUV (literally told us to look up the specs and reviews in Consumer Report) and then - the biggest insult of all - asked if this "was even in our price range??!!!" I have never been so insulted by a car salesman! Don't judge people when they walk in Dion! Needless to say - I looked elsewhere and purchased a brand new luxury car - that I not only could afford......I paid in cash! You lost a sale Dion! More
