Amazing ! Ask for Charles! Charles was absolutely phenomenal. From the get go, he listened to what we wanted. He suggested us multiple routes that was best for us ( even offered Charles was absolutely phenomenal. From the get go, he listened to what we wanted. He suggested us multiple routes that was best for us ( even offered us to lease when we couldn’t find the right car vs buying a car, when that would have cost him a percentage of his commission). He’s very honest and upfront.Such a kind gentleman, we ended up purchasing a Lexus and I’ll definitely refer our friends and family to this dealership. We are from out of town and it was well worth the drive. :) Everett ( finance manager) was also very informative and so helpful! The only person we weren’t extremely fond of was Ray ( 2nd part of purchasing process) however every other step of the purchase went smoothly and efficiently. More

I went to Lexus to trade in my RX for an NX and he went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of fantastic. This was my second time at Lexus of Winter Park personally leasing a car, and Charles and his sales manager, David Land, definitely surpassed my expectations and blew my previous experience at the dealership out of the water. They both helped to make a stressful situation into a special one. They even went a step further by personalizing my experience with a congratulations sign and a big red bow on my car once it was time to drive it home. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Charles and all of his help! I look forward to working with him and David again in the future. THANK YOU!!!! More

Great Experience I am from out of town and inquired about a used vehicle in high demand. Charles worked with me over the phone to make sure I didn’t lose out on the ca I am from out of town and inquired about a used vehicle in high demand. Charles worked with me over the phone to make sure I didn’t lose out on the car. He set the car aside and gave me his word that it was mine. I made the 3.5 hour trip and he even picked me up at the airport after dropping off the rental!! The paper work was ready and I was on my way back home in no time. Beware,Don’t buy a used vehicle from this dealer We purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in hopes of having a quality inspected vehicle that was priced at a good deal, which we were told “was in We purchased a used vehicle from this dealer in hopes of having a quality inspected vehicle that was priced at a good deal, which we were told “was inspected” Well wrong, vehicle starts having mechanical problems only a few weeks we take it to another dealer for inspection. The outcome $4700 in repairs that are needed. Call Lexus where we purchased they will do nothing but said take it somewhere else and sell it. They did not even attempt to look at the vehicle to fix the issue. We paid $20,000 cash for this vehicle having a 6month old baby and this being a daily driver. I’m highly frustrated with this dealership.! I will never purchase or recommend this dealer to anyone. Terrible way to conduct business and very unprofessional response. More

The GOAT I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Lexus of Winter Park. From start to finish Sergio did an incredible job and was nothing short I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Lexus of Winter Park. From start to finish Sergio did an incredible job and was nothing short of amazing. At the end of the test drive he took us to the Service department and showed us how great it would to be a first time Lexus owner, ( we look forward to experiencing the massage chairs and different amenities they offer) as well as the first class service that they offer. We then met with the sales manager, Omar and the negotiation process was effortless and simple. We shopped around and had a price set that we needed to be at, and Omar reached that price without all on the back and forth non-sense that you have to go through at most dealerships. Our finance manager Everett was great as well, low pressured and offered great products that would actually benefit us in our first lease. When we got out of finance we were greeted by Sergio and our new vehicle was a big red bow on it. He gave us a true red carpet treatment. They were even closed already and he still spent an extra 30 minutes going over all of the features and making sure that we knew everything there was to know about it. From start to finish this dealership is truly exceptional and we look forward to purchasing our next Lexus from Sergio and his team at Lexus of Winter Park! More
