Pulled my credit report from a phone call! I purchased a RX 350 back in March of this year from Lexus of Orlando! I called Lexus of Winter Park Florida on Saturday to specifically ask them i I purchased a RX 350 back in March of this year from Lexus of Orlando! I called Lexus of Winter Park Florida on Saturday to specifically ask them if I put some money down on my lease that day if it would lower my my huge payment! The person on the phone told me to hold on so they could ask a manager who they said can answer my question! I was then transferred to the next person who I was told that it would bring my payment down by $300! They told me to call back on Monday Because no one was there and finance on Saturday! They proceeded to look me up in their system from my purchase back in March of this year!. They asked me if I wanted to trade in my car and get a new lease! I told them NO that I was just inquiring about lowering my payment and told them do not pull a credit report! And next thing I knew, I got a notification in my email from Experian, Transunion and Equifax that Toyota pulled my credit report and it brought my credit score down! That’s illegal! I did not give them permission to pull credit the poor asking a question over the phone! I called on Monday and told them what happened They said they could not tell me why that was done, but they would find out and call me back! That was three days ago and I haven’t heard a word back. If anyone knows a good attorney in Orlando Florida or Winter Park Florida, please let me know in the comment section! More

After listening to me talk ab From the moment I walked in the door of Lexus of Winter Park I was greeted by Sergio Fernandez who made me feel welcome. After listening to me talk about what I was interested in, we took a walk to the lot where we found the exact ES 350 I wanted. We immediately went on a great test drive where all my questions were answered. From that point on Sergio took me through the process of purchasing the vehicle. Everything was very painless, which in my experience is very rare when purchasing a car. The delivery of the car was great and made my wife and I feel like valued customers. I also want to mention that Steve (Sales Manager) and Antonio (Finance) were great and helped facilitate a very smooth purchase experience. The service department followed up with me the next day to schedule the installation of some extras I purchased as promised. All in all the best car purchase experience I have ever had. More
