He checked their inventory and brought me a gorgeous vehicle in a fabulous color to align with my outgoing personality. It was pretty much love at first site. Charles took the time to walk me through all of the outside features and then the inside features. His product knowledge expertise shined through with his explanation of the technology included in the vehicle. After the test drive, Charles introduced me to Chanlin Sok, Master Certified Sales Manager, who spoke to me with continued respect and value as a customer. Chanlin has over 18 years tenure here and it shows with his professionalism. The next day, I made all the arrangements via texts with Charles and Chanlin for the sale, it was clearly communicated. After work, I went in to complete the sale, it was quick and painless — the dealership made the process easy. The final price was exactly as negotiated with no last-minute surprises. I want to commend Everett Kimble, Finance, who made the "paperwork" and financing very easy...and love that it is all electronic. He told me another institution offered a lower APR than I had. When I called them this morning, they had a promotion which is 1.24% lower than my original loan. In closing, I would highly recommend Charles Ream and Lexus of Winter Park. Charles went above & beyond — locating the specific vehicle I desired, educating me on the product, preparing my vehicle to a showroom ready state, and staying after hours to complete my sale. I tried several times to explain what I was looking for in a truck by they didn't listen. They pressured me several times to make a decision that I wasn't ready to make and finally I walked out. The manager even chased my car in the parking lot and still wouldn't listen to me as I attempted to explain my thinking from the car window!
