While waiting, we appreciated the convenience of their cozy cafeteria, which provided complimentary refreshments. A couple of days after the service, we noticed a minor oil leak. Upon contacting the dealership, they promptly addressed our concern by picking up the car from our home in Ocala the same day. To minimize any inconvenience, they provided us with a loaner vehicle while they resolved the issue. The following day, our car was returned to our doorstep in perfect condition, and they retrieved the loaner. Overall, the service at Lexus of Wesley chapel has been outstanding. From the initial purchase to after-sales support, every interaction has been positive.
