It was such a good experience having Steve to help me find my next new Lexus. The minute I got to the dealership, I was nervous about which salesperson was going to approach me. Unlike other salespeople that I've dealt with, he's not pushy or shows any manipulative manners just to meet his sales quota. Quite the opposite, he was like another friend who patiently guided me to all the different options and pricing that meets my satisfaction and needs. I went to Steven to just inquire about buying a new is350 but pretty much decided on the spot that he was the guy I wanted to deal with. After I did more of my homework, I decided to go with the is and knew that Steven was the person I wanted to speak with only. With the minimal amount of time spent on paperwork, I left the dealership feeling clean and excited to drive my new baby..not dirty and scummy like some of the other dealerships around. I dont know if Steven got his training at Lexus of TO or if he was just naturally this genuine but it made for a great experience.
