Have gone for both service and sales. Service dept. is GREAT - offer loaners all the time if needed. Only problem was when I bought my last RX 330. I called them up and tried to get a rare color combination and they said they couldnt get it - there wasnt one in the whole state apparently. I called up Vista Lexus and they got me the car I wanted in 15 minutes - from northern Cal - had the car w/in 3 days! Love T.O. Lexus but they were really lazy on that occassion - tried to talk me out of the color saying i wouldnt like it! (The color is flint mica w/ black int. fyi! - SWEET!) More
