We just bought a 2010 Lexus 250i SC with the hardtop convertible. We could not get the top to go down and since we had never owned a Lexus. Then she patiently explained all the controls and answered all of our question. She also demonstrated every feature (and wow are there a lot of them). All in all she took as much time as we needed (unbelievable customer service) and made sure we practiced what she taught. I had 2 cars before that were both lemons and had horrible customer service with my second car that was a lemon so I was very hesitant in buying a car. It took me months to finally decide on the car I wanted and he was understanding through it out. He really worked to help me get what I wanted and in the right price range. Philippe is the man and I will definitely be giving his name out to my other friends who are in the search of a car. Your facility was also amazing. They helped me right away (I noticed after I got home that my side mirror had damage) and had me bring the car in so they could fix it. They took my car right away, gave me a loaner, and fixed it as well as other scratches that were on it.
