My sales experience with Lexus of Thousand Oaks and Mr Pasche was very impressive to me. I have purchased three new cars in the last three years and this was our first experience with Lexus. I have been a Lexus owner for quite a few years. My Husband and myself have leased 5 cars and purchased 2 vehicles. Recently, I did have my car serviced at another dealer closer to where I presently live, (I moved from Agoura Hills to Pasadena), and it was a very draining and frustrating experience. I would never stray again from the Thousand Oaks for service. There is such a huge difference in the quality of service from other dealerships compared to Thousand Oaks. I have been to Van Nuys, Glendale, El Monte, and a dealership up in Pleaston Ca. Basically for simple things, such as nails in tires, or a new battery for my key. I also did have a service in El Monte. I will let you know that the entire Service Department in Thousand Oaks is outstanding. At each of these other dealerships, the personnel were some what marginal in customer service, and it showed with their lack of attention and the quality of service. My score of "5" all started with the service department. Chris Doria has been mainly responsible for handling all of my car services at this dealership. He is such a wonderful, friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable service adviser. It has been always been a wonderful easy experience. He has always gone the "extra mile" for me. He is such an important and wonderful person for Lexus team. He has exemplified to me, and provided such excellent service, that the feeling of having a Lexus is truly wonderful experience. From Chris, when I needed a new car, after facing a very expensive repair on a car with lots of miles, and was approximately 5 years old, I asked him who should I see in the sales department. He referred me to Lora Baworouski. All of my stress was lifted, my problems went away, when Lora assisted me with a new vehicle. She is awesome, fantastic and extremely knowledgeable in all of the Lexus model's and products available.She has been a constant source of information. She is highly motivated to keeping in touch with her clients. When she knows that my car is approaching the end of its lease, she is thinking of me, and what she can do to make the next transition so easy and simple. She always has her "Client's Back". Her product knowledge base is excellent, and she combines that with such ease and genuine patience, that as her client it really makes me feel special. Both of these 2 people should receive wonderful recognition from Lexus. They have made all of my experiences at this dealership something that I truly value, and I find them both to be an exceptional and integral in representing the Lexus brand at this dealership. Since I mentioned the Service Staff, I also want to thank and praise highly the Sales Management Team. They are the best. Each time I have been at this dealership, they magically make the experience so fantastic. The are supportive of their sales team, and truly want to help them make a transaction possible for the client. In addition, even when I am just at the dealership for another reason, they are always so genuine, and friendly. They truly make me special to be a client. I greatly appreciate their spirit of friendliness, recognition and appreciation. More
Lora has been our Lexus sales consultant for over 10 years. She is always perceptive about what we want and when we want it. This time, we were considering a pre-owned IS 350 but with the features we wanted, a GS really met our needs. She watched for an IS for over three months, but when a GS became available with all of our requirements, she brought it to our attention. The condition of the car was excellent with low miles. We negotiated a very fair price and bought the GS. Thank you, Lora. More
I have never actually been into a dealership before because I have been afraid of being taken advantage of, lied to, and getting the worst deal. I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in and met Steve. He was so great at making me feel comfortable and never tried to push a sale on me. He truly wanted to help me make the right decision regardless of the price of the car. I had expected him to tell me that I needed a Lexus LS460H or something but I really just needed a IS250. Being that this would be the first car I every purchased, I was skeptical about salesmen considering all the experiences I've heard about. I'd been shopping around for a new car for a few weeks and decided I was ready to take a couple of models I had been looking at for a test drive. I also have to say that Maryann Cord the Finance Manager is amazing! However, if it wasn't for Omid, I would not have been able to get such an amazing deal! I was finding it difficult to get financed with a low APR; however Omid worked very hard with the Finance Manger so that I could get the 2.9 APR! I'm truly blessed to have found such a great person to buy a vehicle from. I will recommend him to all my friends, family, and clients as I'm an Insurance Agent. I will also go back to him for my next purchase. Definitely go to him, you will have the best experience buying a vehicle. More
After having an unpleasant experience with another salesman while I was just looking, I went back and had the most wonderful experience with Steve (Hiro). I had met him the previous time and knew that I wanted to deal with him when I went back. He was honest, patient, not pushy, and really knew his cars and could answer all my questions. He showed care and concern about me as a person and didn't treat me as just another "sale" which I so appreciated. When I got into an accident, he was so helpful in going above and beyond to get me the necessary paperwork for my insurance. He was honest and so helpful with my second Lexus. I will always drive the extra miles to get my car serviced here even though there is a dealer closer to me. Not only is it pleasant to say hi to my new-found friend who still asks how I am doing as a concerned human being, but the service is way better than at other dealers. And you know that he is great when all the staff say they love him as well! Steve is the first pleasant car salesman that I have dealt with and made car buying a pleasant one!
