I had a great experience with my service call at Lexus. Forest was a wonderful representative greeting me immediately and aware of my car Service needs. He also contacted me with a discovery while they worked on my car for an approval to add that to the repair list. I agreed and it all was still completed in the time frame originally stated. When I came back to pick up my car he was ready with all the paperwork that I would need. My car was waiting and I was very happy with all the work completed 👍 I give him and Lexus an A+. Rating!! I’m so Happy that I have chosen Lexus to be my car of choice for over 20 years. Thank you! More

I made a service appt via cell because the lines were down on a Monday morning. I called numerous times and was put on hold. Finally a human voice answered. Appt was made and promptly the Lexus was serv down on a Monday morning. I called numerous times and was put on hold. Finally a human voice answered. I called and wanted to speak to the customer rep howerever was given to voice message. Lucky the service manager called me back and text me of what may have happened and my problem was solved! More
