Been a client for over 10 yrs I walked into Lexus after wanting to buy cash a new BMW a few blocks away with my check at hand and a clear idea of what I wanted to buy (same car my I walked into Lexus after wanting to buy cash a new BMW a few blocks away with my check at hand and a clear idea of what I wanted to buy (same car my sister had in SF). The treatment was appalling to a point that my partner forbid me to give them my business. Desperate to buy a car to shuttle us and our dogs from the city we stumbled into Lexus (which was never on my radar) and we were greeted with graciousness beyond our expectation. We bought a car recommended and another one two years later. We just picked up our 3rd car trading in our dirt two and love the service like we did the first day we walked in.
