There are many dealerships that are more convenient to where I live, but I prefer to wait until I can get to Lexus of Southampton. They are exceptional! More

My visit to Southampton Lexus was for a routine oil change and service. As always, they were friendly, professional and prompt with the service. The rating reflects the overall excellence of all of the people who work at the Lexus of Southampton. Mike and James as well as Maria of the service department are my most frequent contacts with the dealer people who work at the Lexus of Southampton. Mike and James as well as Maria of the service department are my most frequent contacts with the dealership.I can't say enough about their professionalism, positive attitude and willingness to help with anything I might need. I have never experienced such service excellence prior to my becoming a customer of this dealership. Most recently I purchased a Certified used Rx 450h. After a thorough discussion with Nelson Resnick, the used car salesman, we decided on this model, specifically the hybrid. He took us, my wife and I through every detail of the car prior to making our decision. Once the car arrived we went through it in great detail prior to finalizing the purchase. Every step of the way, his complete knowledge of the vehicle and its special features was critical in my finalizing my selection. Since the hybrid Rx is less common than the regular Rx it took several weeks for the car to become available. Nelson kept us posted all along the way until the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Lexus is my choice of cars, and Lexus of Southampton is my extra special choice of dealership. More
I had parked my car in long term parking at East Hampton for three weeks . When I returned, I found that there was a deep bang in my rear bumper as well as some collateral damage. I was upset since I have for three weeks . When I returned, I found that there was a deep bang in my rear bumper as well as some collateral damage. I was upset since I have been treating my caar like apampered child since I leased it in August 1012. I brought it in to my Lexus dealer. James, at the service desk, looked at it and said that perhaaps I should not do anything until l close to the end of my lease term. However, he saw that I would be very uncomfortable without repairing the large dent so he agreed to my bringing in the car and lettting the service staff knock out the dent and claean up the damage as best they can. This was done at no charge, and the service people were able to repair the damage to at least 80% of complete repair. I am very pleased with the work and with James, his courtesy and consideration. We've been with Lexus of Southampton for more than nineteen years. At first it meant long trips back up island for servicing and wished there was a closer dealer. Every survey we received from Lexus went back with a request for a dealership on the East End. We we overjoyed when we learned that one was scheduled to be built in Southampton and couldn't wait for the day to come. One or two ES 300 sedans, 2 Gs and 3 Rx 350's later we are thriving with our latest 2013 RX350. The Southampton dealership is top of the rock with unparalleled service and personnel and we like to think it's very well may be the best in the country. The latest transfer to a new vehicle in November 2012 was seamless and accomplished in a timely fashion due to the professionalism of Mike, Ron and Mitch. Before I knew it I had closed the door of the older vehicle and opened the door of the new one and drove off on cloud nine! You're always in good hands with the folks at Southampton who couldn't be friendlier, more accommodating or more helpful! More
I had been looking for a new car for the past year of so, I had looked at BMW, Jaguar and Mercedes. I decided to stop in and look at an RX 350 because of the amount of snow we had gotten the past year. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door at how nice everyone was, I was introduced to Don DiCostanzo, who listened to what I wanted, I had quiet the list too! He had one RX 350 on the lot that fit everything I wanted. Within an hour and a half I painlessly had the car I had been looking for, for over a year. It was truly and enjoyable experience and I am nothing but delighted with my RX 350. I almost can't wait to buy another one! More
This was my 10,000 mile checkup/oil change. I made the appointment online and got my preferred time. I dropped the car off and then went out to breakfast. It was done in an acceptable amount of time and when I walked in to pick it up, the gentleman gave me my keys and off I went! The car was cleaned and looked great. I honestly don't know where to begin, let's start with AMAZING! When I first found the car online, I immediately called to see if it was still available. I was lucky enough to have Don answer all of my questions about the vehicle on a Sunday afternoon. He was very respectful, patient and detailed. He immediately sent me the carfax and additional information for the vehicle. He offered to show me the vehicle that same day, which he did. Because of the great price on the car, I drove 80 miles to the dealership. I must say, this was the best idea I ever had. When we arrived, Don was there waiting patiently, and prepared. He was very personal, friendly, and hassle-free! Don showed us the car and I was very impressed. The car was clean, and ready for a test drive. Aside from the fact that I fell in love with the vehicle, Don took great care of us. When we got back, he made us feel very comfortable. He offered us coffee, refreshments, and made us feel like we knew him for years. He cared about how I felt as a buyer and made sure I new the benefits of the car and deal I was receiving. Before I knew it, a deal was struck. The very next day, I was driving home a brand new lexus! He offered his assistance with any questions I may have in the future. I honestly walked away with a new found friend, Lexus of Southampton. More
