He immediately sent me the carfax and additional information for the vehicle. He offered to show me the vehicle that same day, which he did. Because of the great price on the car, I drove 80 miles to the dealership. I must say, this was the best idea I ever had. When we arrived, Don was there waiting patiently, and prepared. He was very personal, friendly, and hassle-free! Don showed us the car and I was very impressed. The car was clean, and ready for a test drive. Aside from the fact that I fell in love with the vehicle, Don took great care of us. When we got back, he made us feel very comfortable. He offered us coffee, refreshments, and made us feel like we knew him for years. He cared about how I felt as a buyer and made sure I new the benefits of the car and deal I was receiving. Before I knew it, a deal was struck. The very next day, I was driving home a brand new lexus! He offered his assistance with any questions I may have in the future.
