My Sales Consultant, Dave Meiselbach, was personable, courteous, attentive, and professional...a true reflection of the dealership and the Lexus brand. Purchasing a vehicle is a big investment and during the sales process, I never felt like the dealership was taking my business for granted. We needed our annual New York State inspection so we called Lexus and they said we could come the next day. When we arrived, Michael Biscardi, the service advisor greeted us in a very friendly manner a called Lexus and they said we could come the next day. When we arrived, Michael Biscardi, the service advisor greeted us in a very friendly manner and suggested our car get the routine service inspection as well. He explained what was to be performed and told us it would take about an hour. We relaxed in the well-stocked waiting room. When the service was completed, which included a complementary wash, he brought to Maria, a very pleasant receptionist, for credit card payment. The whole experience went very well and I recommend them highly. More

The service on my car is performed in a timely manner and the car is spotless when it is returned to me. The work done is fully explained to me before I pay the service bill. In addition, a comfortable and fully equipped and spotlessly clean waiting room is provided to the customer, which contains, a TV, periodicals, computer desks and coffee, tea, and assorted beverages and snacks. When work on the car was going to take the better part of a day, a rental car was provided. This service is a great convenience and contributes to my reasons for using Southampton Lexus to take care of my automobile. Kudos to All the employees who make this wonderful service happen! More

Rather than have me wait for the hour or so it would take to get the part or have me come back the following day, I was loaned a car. Since picking up my car on the following day, I have had no recurrent problems. Lastly, as additional evidence of my "excellent" rating for this service department, on the day of my visit I was offered two free passes to a day at the US Women's Golf Open being held in Southampton that week :)- More
