Seven Years of Excellent Service We have lived in the New York City Metro area since 1970 and have had more dealer repair and service experiences that we could ever possibly count. Fewer than 50% of the experiences have been been positive, There are only two dealerships that we would rate as providing consistently excellent service. One of the two is no longer in business. Very poor customer service We had several problems with our brand new car that had very little mileage on it and wasn't used much as we bought the car and then had to go out o We had several problems with our brand new car that had very little mileage on it and wasn't used much as we bought the car and then had to go out of town for a month. They didn't make good on any of the problems, totally denied responsibility - had to put in a new navigation system and that one doesn't work properly either; and then after 100 miles we got a flat tire. The mechanic at the gas station we took it to said there was a faulty valve. The dealership denied this, played dumb and we had to buy a new tire for 250.00 - on a new car! They shouldn't be in business with that kind of shabby service. More

Because I am an elder person and live in the mountains there were features I needed. Bob advised.me as to which car would be best suited for my requirements and I was pleased to find you had a new model of the SUV which was perfect for me. Bob was efficient and made the purchase and follow up easy. The many features were explained by Michael Tannenbaum. More

Erik's commitment to work with me on the price was very impressive and I was happy to remain loyal to the Southampton dealership. Mike was extremely helpful in going through all of the electronic features explaining in detail their functions .They have both generously extended their help should any issues arise. Overall, they provided a professional and accommodating atmosphere in purchasing my vehicle and I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Thanks to Abbbas Rajani's patient and customized tutorial, I have a full understanding of each of the the nuance options that my vehicle came with. One criticism (please do not delete from my review): Hello? It's winter in the northeast. This is a luxury vehicle...The dealership never recommended all-weather rubber mats with my package. Had I thought of it, I would have asked. I simply did not think of it, as my previous car had these all-weather protective mats. In all my past cars, I have had such mats... Shopping for my car during one of the worst winters of the century, frankly, I am surprised that no salesperson at Lexus thought to call it to my attention... No sooner did I leave the dealership (on one of the messiest road days of the year), when I realized. When I called to inquire if they might include them, I was politely told "No" If I wanted them, they would be full price and they come in sets of 4... Gotcha! I felt like the deal was done and I was yesterday's news. It isn't the additional cost for the mats that irks me; it is the fact that no one suggested them in the first place. Other than that, great experience! More
