I asked him about the specific car, He looked over the car with a fine tooth comb and described the car perfectly. Joseph was very attentive and engaging. I explained to him about what we were looking for in a car. He listened to our every need and he delivered. I told him we lived over 70 miles away. Joseph drove the car to us and met us halfway so we wouldn't have to make the long trip out to the dealership just to look at the car. It was outstanding customer service on his part.
