Felicia used consultative selling; she was not pushy and she followed my directions for follow-up after my first visit (ie please don't call me for 7 days). I had heard about Lexus's superb reputation for service, but I never expected to lease a Lexus. They gave me a great deal that I truly appreciate and Felicia (and the rest of the staff) has been a pleasure to work with. Plus, I enjoyed working with a woman for once! Thank you! More
