Surprised by the kindness and non aggressive feeling I walked in the dealership and was was not sure if this was the kind of car I wanted. My lease was up on my then car and I just wanted to gain some i I walked in the dealership and was was not sure if this was the kind of car I wanted. My lease was up on my then car and I just wanted to gain some information. I met Joe Gomez ( the sales manager) . He showed me some cars, asked questions about what I liked in a car and didn't like. He asked if I wanted to test drive the car... he had me test drive 3 different cars because I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or lease- as we drove he explained all the different features of each year of car and the biggest differences. He didn't push or try and make the "deal". He asked who I was going to be driving in the car and really cared about me and my family. I told him I had to look at other cars and he was supportive. I did look at another dealer and was so surprised and the difference between the dealers. At the other place, the dealer just put a license plate on the back and told me he would see me when I got back- he didn't care to get to know me at all. I called Joe after that dealership and told him I was going to get a Lexus. The car is beautiful but the dealership ( Joe) is really why I got my car there. They really care! More
