Arjun and the rest of the staff we met, Frank G, Denise, and Shane, were all very courteous and professional. Arjun knows his products inside and out, and is also very knowledgable about the other cars we and Shane, were all very courteous and professional. I've had two Lexus vehicles in the past, and although I had gone to this dealership, was not able to make a satisfactory deal; however, this dealership has changed management since then and it appears to be a change for the better. I started leasing from this dealership since the inception of Lexus RX300. Now I have Lexus RX350 model 2010. I bought the this one because I acceed my mileage limit. I needed a second car for my w inception of Lexus RX300. Now I have Lexus RX350 model 2010. I bought the this one because I acceed my mileage limit. I needed a second car for my wife. So we decided to lease Lexus GS350. Since we do all our servicing also from there, we kind of know everybody. Mr. Rossworn and Mandolese is the key persons why we always go there. Their service people are very friendly and they really take care of us very nicely. Bottom line we always recommend our friends and family who is looking for lexus brand. More

I recently bought a used Lexus IS 250 from Shane of Lexus of Smithtown. The overall experience was great. Shane was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about the IS250 in general and specifically of Smithtown. The overall experience was great. When it came time to discuss price, Lexus of Smithtown was very reasonable. They gave me a good value for my trade-in and all negotiations were done on a spreadsheet, in front of me, so there wasn't any "disappearing" to talk to a manager. Overall, my experience with Lexus of Smithtown was great and more than likely a repeat customer. More

I LOVE LEXUS OF SMITHTOWN ! Let me tell you why ...I have been a long time customer of Bob Rossworn ( Sales Mngr)for many years now and have purchased many cars from him before he moved up into Sales Mngr.po been a long time customer of Bob Rossworn ( Sales Mngr)for many years now and have purchased many cars from him before he moved up into Sales Mngr.position . I just purchased another new beautiful Lexus again from this dealership last wk and will ALWAYS come back again when I am ready for my next! Bob has now become a personal friend as so many people in this dealership have for me over time .They are like family now & I wouldnt think of buying a Lexus anywhere else ! In the quest for my new car Bob had one of his sales staff help me named Arjun Vir .What a helpful ,friendly ,knowledgable person he was to work with & helped me every step of the way ..he spent hours w/me going over my new car when it was delivered .Even checked in with me after I took my new car home the next day to see if I had any questions .The service dept is always excellent with taking care of my cars & caring about that I am totally nuts with keeping it clean & protected while its being serviced . If you have a trade as part of your deal ,not to worry...Bob & Arjun made it super smooth & easy ..my trade car was paid off in 2 days! Thats amazing & shows how much they care about thier customers . Denise was also someone I dealt with in regards to some add ons to my latest new Lexus ..she was really fun to work with and super helpful as well .I had changed my mind about an add on literally the very last minute and wanted to switch it to something else AFTER I picked up my car .Not only was in happily changed ,no questions asked.. but done the same day I asked for the change in a half hour! What else can I say about this AWESOME dealership except ..If you are looking to buy a New Or Pre Owned Lexus I cannot say enough about how great these people are to work with ! They really listen to your needs,your budget & car use ,understand you as a person ,no high pressure and you can TRUST THEM ! This was my first experience with Lexus dealership and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prior to visiting the Lexus dealership we have stopped at few others and our experiences were not even close to the attention that we received at the Lexus dealership. I would recommend this dealer with full confidence to all of my friends and relatives. I picked up my car today and Matt took his time to go over the car functions, set up my Satellite radio and with great patience answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all and fully enjoyed my "lesson". I love my car and I'm looking forward to driving it for the next 3 years. Thank you Matt! More
