While Michael was finishing with a client, Abbas took his time to help me set up my new car with the blue tooth and all the technological features in the car. He was so kind to even write down directions just in case I forgot. This is the 17th Lexus I have purchased from Lexus of Smithtown. The reasons that I continually do business with this dealership are many. Firstly, I am always made to feel comfortable and confident tha Smithtown. The reasons that I continually do business with this dealership are many. Firstly, I am always made to feel comfortable and confident that I am dealing with highly skilled professionals. My salesman, Kenneth Goldberg is an asset to this company. He is intelligent, knowledgeable and very engaging. He calls and sends letters to check with me about my automobiles. The service department is the second reason that I always purchase my automobiles at Smithtown. I deal with Robert Heinsohn who is the most accommodating service representative I have ever dealt with. However, over the years many service personnel have been helpful. Next, Denise Plourde, the Finance Manager has always assisted me in choosing the many options that are available on the car that I have purchased. I have never felt pressured into buying any auto or options when dealing with any of these employees. In conclusion, I know that I will continue to do business with Lexus of Smithtown and will definitely continue to recommend this extraordinary dealership to my friends. She took time carefully putting this deal together, Denise went out of her way to work with Lexus financial services to get me lower APR for my new car. This is not just a complement to Denise, it is also complement to the general manager Ms. Dina Byrnes to recognize and employed Denise as a dealership manager. As one general manager to another I can tell you that recognition and employment of correct team members is foundation for the success. As of 20 years hospitality professional I often do customer service seminars in the US and Europe, I would certainly use this car buying experience as a example of the superb customer service skills displayed by Denise, and overall experience in your shop. Simply ridiculous.. Service department is a joke. They don't want to perform work that is recalled by Lexus unless they break something. I had a cracking windshield trim replaced on my car and they broke don't want to perform work that is recalled by Lexus unless they break something. I had a cracking windshield trim replaced on my car and they broke my windshield! They take 2+ hours for an oil change only. I took my car in for 3 major recalls and when they "Fixed" it. Check engine light came on and Check VSC. They said it was fixed and my car was washed. After asking why the check engine light was on in the first place, I was told "What, are you a mechanic or something?" very rudely. I go outside my car is not washed so Mike Biscardi drives it and literally has to wash it himself as I see him doing it. After he washes it, he goes right back into the service garage to for the check engine light.. I guess I don't need to be a mechanic to realize how crappy their techs and customer service is.. They tried blaming me because I have an intake. A F-Sport Intake that LEXUS SELLS! They dont even know their own parts. They charge ridiculous prices. $700+ for a Black pearl emblem set when other dealers sell for $300. Avoid using if at all possible. More

These guys are full of it. I had a family member pay for service. A tire rotation to be exact. They only performed a tire rotation on the right side of the vehicle. What am I BLIND? In addition, a tail light went out one day, and I asked for them to use dielectric grease on the replacement bulb. Did they do that, NO. As a result, the replacement bulb went out two weeks later. Did they service it for free, NO. After that, there was a short in the wiring causing the blinker to blink fast. This could have all been avoided if they took the time to do the work properly and as asked. Their prices are not fair and reasonable. Quality is not job one. Do the work right, and it will speak for customer service. More
