Our experience is so satisfying that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to LEXUS OF SMITHTOWN (LOS) if other customer plan to buy a new car. Abbas is just a wealth of information giving us details about the RX350, that when we initially planned to buy one my wife and I agreed that we would not purchase the NAV option, but after Abbas showed us all its advantages and features we ended up getting it. Eugene is just so pleasant to work with in getting the price mark that we targeted and REALLY worked with us to get us to the right price point that we can purchase the car with. Bob is such a professional and was with us every step of the way that really made us comfortable with our purchase. As a CONSUMER, you want to get the best price for your money especially with the economic times we are in. As a CONSUMER, it was the next biggest purchase we made next to our home so we want to make sure that we get the price we want. LOS was the 2nd dealership we went into and my experience was so pleasant and relaxed and that there was no pressure to buy. From the salesmen to the Gen. Mgr made us feel comfortable and relaxed with them that my wife and I felt that we made the right choice in purchasing our 2011 LEXUS RX350 at LOS. Thank you so much to LOS. More
I've been coming to Lexus of Smithtown for years to get my car regularly serviced. Their outstanding customer service is what has kept me there. Every time I go, August always treats me right. No matter what I go in for, even for something as simple as an oil change, he understands that I need loaner car so I can continue with my day's activities like dropping off my daughter at day care and getting to work on time for my scheduled meetings. Other places MAKE YOU WAIT, which drives me nuts because something simple can always turn out to be something more and now you're forced to wait even longer. I know this first hand because it happened to be with my wife's car! Not only that, this other place does not have the nice amenities that Lexus does. For example, a quiet room where I can set up my laptop with complete network access and even a phone to use for my conference calls. August also always calls me up and breaks down what was done with my vehicle. If more repairs need to be made, he always gives me what my options are. I used to drive a '94 LS400 but given its age and my need to upgrade to something bigger with my new family additions, it was an easy decision to go with Lexus again. August recommended me to a veteran sales rep and that's when I bought the 2010 RX 350 last year. And they just continue to give me outstanding customer service. In fact, on my last visit, just earlier today when I went to pick up my car after work, I noticed that my front license plate was bent out of shape (literally!) and I don't recall that being there before (and since I hand washed my car the weekend before it's definitely something I would have noticed). I didn’t want to turn an anthill into a mountain so I just casually mentioned this to Shetal Navi, the service representative at the time (August had already left for the day), in passing as I was signing the papers during my pick up. I didn’t really expect anything to happen - I just wanted to mention it. In fact, I even half expected to get into some kind or debate on whether that was actually there before I brought my car in for service or for her to give me some kind of elusive answer such as "I'll need to check with my manager and get back to you". Shame on me! No such thing occurred. Shetal immediately recognized my slight discontent and wouldn't let me leave the premises until I was 100% satisfied. She said (with some paraphrasing), “I don’t know if it there or not before you brought it in but let’s get it taken care of right now”. She asked me to get a cup of coffee in the lounge while she drove back into the service area. I actually elected to drink a small bottle of water instead and before I was even half done with it, she informed me that it was all fixed. And indeed it was with a shiny new license plate cover. These things may not seem like a big deal but it’s always the little things that you learn to appreciate and it’s what kept me coming back to Lexus over and over again. Their service staff is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. And I can’t wait until my wife is in the market for a new car. I’ll know exactly who to go to :). More

As a service consultant, Sheila has been very responsive to all of my questions (which can be voluminous at times) and always with a smile. My car is usually ready within a reasonable amount of time. While waiting for my car I walked around the showroom and happened to speak with Abbas Rajani, a client care representative. He sincerely wanted to know my experience with the dealership and how I liked my cars (LS430 and LS460). I told him that I was very pleased with the dealership and mentioned that as an older guy I was still confounded by the navigation system (which an 8 year old could probably figure out) Abbas cordially offered to set up an appointment "anytime" to go over the nuances of the system. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Dina, the Dealership's CEO came out of her office to help me. She introduced me to the car and then arrange to have two outstanding employees help me when I returned for a test drive. Then I was introduced to Denise Plombe who helped me find the car of my choice in a price bracket that I could afford. She was friendly, helpful and spend time helping me find a car that would fit my price point. The fella who complimented these two wonderful woman was Abbas Rajani. He is Lexus of Smithtown's best ambassador. He drove with me while I test drove the car. He talked about the car's assets in a knowledgeable manner,using words I could understand. He was totally transparent. When I purchased the car, Abbas was the person who sat with me for 2 hours explaining every detail and when I had difficulty programing my garage door opener with my new RX 350, Abbas made a house call. He is a wonderful young man who is a Lexus expert. There is no question too silly for him to answer. He is patient, outgoing and follows through on what he says he will do. Yes! She gave me a good price. She faxed me the paperwork immediately. She was efficient and very pleasant. I set up an appointment to see the car and meet with her the next day after I returned to New York. The paperwork was completed, and I was able to pick up the car two days later at my request. More
