I sell auto insurance and 50% of the time when i ask a salesman to fax me cert of origan, bill of sale and lease agreement i never get it. To me that is poor service after the sale. In dealing with Joe Giaquinto i received quality service above and beyond. I wanted to have a cassette player in the car and it didn't have one. Joe promised me he would get one and one that fit. He got 2 cassette players that didn't work for one reason or another. Finally Joe got one 2 months later after the purchase that worked. He kept his word and provided the kind of service that makes a customer want to come back for the next car purchase i make. We went to look at a new RX350 and I had many questions about it. Bob, the general manager, helped us and spent quite a long time with us explaining it's features and how the 2011 differed from older ones. about it. He was patient, very knowledgeable and we never felt any pressure from him. He simply talked to us and answered every question we had. We were trading in a 2009 Honda accord and he ran some numbers for us and showed us the actual car colors in the lot. We asked him about a certified used one and he took us over to the used cars and we found the color we wanted right outside the entrance. We took it for a test drive and that was it. We saved some money and were very happy with the car. Abbas was the person who helped us program all the electronics when we picked up the car. He knew everything about the car and patiently guided us through the process which took almost 3 hours. Both men spent enormous amounts of time with us and made sure we were happy with the whole experience. In all the cars we have ever bought we had never had an experience like it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Lexus. They have many loaners and lend them out when you take the car in for service. They want their customers to be happy and they know if they are they will come back. All in all a wonderful car buying experience. More
