I appreciated their product knowledge, honesty, transparency and attention to all the details of a sale. I was provided a test drive where Mr. Anno gave me a complete understanding of the features of the auto which supported my selection of the options that Mr. Rossworn had laid out for me. When I came to pick-up the new car, all the of the paper-work was prepared in advance and they provided me with clear understanding of each of the documents. Furthermore, Mr. Anno did a very thorough job of reviewing with me all the features of the car including programming all of the navigation options. Then he took the time to meet with me today, to explain why this had happened. I bought my previous 3 Lexus' at Rally in Nassau County. I felt that they were doing everything possible to give me a great deal on the purchase of my new car, as well as on the price of the 10-year-old Lexus I was trading in. Mr. Orlowski was very friendly and did an excellent job of explaining the car's equipment and navigation system. As soon as I put the order in for my new rx450h, the dealership gave me an almost-new Lexus 350 SUV to use (at no cost) until my new car came in. (The new car came in 11 days from when I put in the order). I have been using the service department of Lexus for many years and it is fantastic. You get greeted as soon as you arrive; the staff completes the paperwork promptly, and the service is performed very quickly. I have been dealing with Robert Heinsohn in the service department for many years, and he is very friendly and professional. If the service will require more than a day, you are given a loaner car. There are very comfortable places to wait, including a "quiet room", while your car is being serviced. Lexus of Smithtown is a great auto dealership all-around. If posible, I would give them six stars. More
