They were kind and attentive, from offering us the first cup of coffee upon our arrival to the last question we had. It was a very comfortable experience. Our salesman, Frank, was very patient in showing me every detail of the car and answering any questions I had. He reassured me not to hesitate to call or stop by with any questions or concerns. He was also very accommodating to us when we had to reschedule pick up of our new car by offering to come in on his day off! We even got to meet the friendly service manager who came over to introduce himself. All in all, we would recommend Lexux of Smithtown for very good value on a superior vehicle and excellent people to work with. More

I have traded in my RX350 for the 2013 GS350. I feel I should have received more for my trade in. I love the car but due to an error on the salesmans part in turning over my trade in I have put 72 unwan should have received more for my trade in. When I got home I had a problem with the remote garage opener and a quick phone call to him solved the problem in minutes.
