Today, July 24, 2012, I took delivery of my GX460 F Sport. My sales consultant was Mike Mandolese. This is the fourth Lexus I have purchased from Mike over the years. In a few weeks my wife will take delivery of our fifth Lexus, a RX350 F Sport . He is an extraordinary person and treats us like a family member. By the way, I know that he treats all of his clients with the same care and concern. That's just the way he is. He is extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly. My wife will be taking delivery of her new vehicle in mid-August. Mike was our sales consultant for her vehicle as well. Mike was extremely patient in answering my wife's questions and addressing her concerns. I would highly recommend him to any perspective buyer. Denise Plourde worked with us on the financials issues, registration issues and dealer prep issues for both vehicles. She was extremely helpful in helping us with those issues. It was quite obvious that her goal was to help us get the best value in each venue. She helped us get the most competitive rates and was just wonderful to us. I highly recommend her as well.
