I have purchased several Lexus cars from LoPP and when I decided that I was possibly interested in a new RX350, I was checking out the RX350-F in the showroom. Julio came up to me, introduced himself. He wa decided that I was possibly interested in a new RX350, I was checking out the RX350-F in the showroom. Julio came up to me, introduced himself. He was friendly and NOT pushy, that impressed me. We casually chatted and we talked about this car. Julio listened to me and my story, We talked further and with his help, I decided to see if I could afford this car. After a long talk, I realized I could buy this car. The next day, I brought in my 2015 GS350 and we finally made a deal for the new RX, using the GS as a trade in. Julio was excellent in all aspects of this transaction.
