The service department at Lexus of Pembroke Pines is an absolute joke and waste of time. Our Service rep (Jose) is always great but for the 2nd time, they serviced my car a week ago and then delivered it t absolute joke and waste of time. After I sat and watched multiple cars (who also arrived to the counter after I did) leave before me that WERE CLEANED (tire shine and all), mine somehow completely missed the car wash. Perhaps it is because I choose not to have them overcharge me for new brakes , tires, etc.?? They promise to run it through the wash every time, but they have consistently let me down on this which is ridiculous. Then they tell me that if I wanted to wait another 30 minutes, they will clean it. NO, why dont you do all of that before you text me that my car is ready for pickup? After 10+ consecutive cars leased from them, all they do is prove to me that they do not care about my time or business. I will be moving on from Lexus at the end of this year when our lease is up in December. Nobody in service seems to care. Our sales rep (Michael Banko) promised us a car wash (not a detail or anything crazy) at every service, yet the service department tells me that this is not the case and they aren't sure why we were told that. So... who do I believe? Who is lying to me? And why am I being lied to? Over an automatic car wash? How bizarre. What else do they lie to me about to get me to sign on the dotted line? So long Lexus. It's been great but I will go spend my money somewhere else that values my time and business. I loved our RX and GS but since they can't seem to get it together in the service department, I am left no choice but to move on. More
