Lexus of Pembroke Pines (part of the Craig Zinn Automotive Group) Terrible!!! Misrepresentation!!!. LIAR's! I called and spoke with someone on Friday nite (1/17/2025) about a specific car. I wa Automotive Group) Terrible!!! Misrepresentation!!!. LIAR's! I called and spoke with someone on Friday nite (1/17/2025) about a specific car. I was told it was in stock and on the lot. I was driving from the West Coast area of SW Florida to Pembroke Pines the following day to see it, a 2-hour drive. They even texted me and confirmed my arrival on Saturday morning. 20 mins from the dealership, I get a call, "We cannot find the car." I inquired about the evening before. What do you mean you can not find it? "It is not available," I confirmed the night before and on my drive to Pembroke Pines. It is supposed to be there! They said to come in, and they have a few other options to show me. Nothing seemed appealing and not at the price I wanted. I pulled over to get some coffee and re-evaluate my options. After some research and an extra stop at Craig Zinn Automotive Group, Toyota facility in Hollywood, I found out the car I was looking for was actually at North MiamiLexus (another Craig Zinn Automotive Group Dealership.) ' On the way to North Miami, I received a call from the sales manager from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. He started off by saying, "I'm sorry you drove all this way, and the car you wanted was sold!" When I found out the car was now in North Miami (Confirmed by the salesman at their Toyota facility AND I called North Miami Lexus and spoke to a manager, telling him my frustration. I called the sales manager of Lexus of Pembroke Pines a liar, and from that point on, the conversation was downhill because he lied to me (and I called him out) when the car was available, but just as their "sister" dealership. Lexus of Pembroke Pines wanted me to come in and buy something else. Unfortunately, hours were wasted, and I was lied to when they could have pointed me in the proper direction from the start! I ended up in North Miami (5 hours from my departure), where Jhan Suarez met me and treated me professionally and respectfully. GREAT GUY and HONEST! He had the car I was waiting for when I arrived!!! I think is is very sad that all of Craig Zinn Automotive Group dealerships do not have the same integrity. I hope the management sees this and retrains the Liar! STAY AWAY from Lexus of Pembroke Pines!!!! See Jhan Suarez at North Miami Lexus, HE IS YOUR GUY!!!
