From finance man I switched from Acura MDX to a Lexus RX350...Worst experience ever! Lexus of Pembroke Pines..... is like going to a used car lot..... From finance manager to customer service representative. My experience with finance manager was horrifying as he lied about my credit scores and refused to show me my credit report. Show room is not as neat as I expected from a luxury brand. It's been three week since I purchased the vehicle and I've not received a courtesy call as yet. "free car wash and manicure" false advertisement...... My car came out more dirty after it got out of the machine........ No real manicure ..... It's just a scam. PLEASE READ the reviews . I will never recommend any friend or family member to Lexus of Pembroke Pines, in fact, I want my MDX back! More
