We then made an appointment for my husband to come in to see the vehicle. I did not want to go to the dealership with the covid19 and the fact that I have a low immune system that I’m currently under treatment with my doctor. He was very understanding and accommodated my husband. My husband is a ruthless business man, and he was very impressed with Khalid’s service so that speaks volumes because he is very hard to please. In regards to the negotiations I rated the pricing as average because I felt that they undervalued my vehicle I was turning in. Furthermore, the pre-offer that was sent to my e-mail I feel was just a way of getting us to come in, and I did not feel that I was getting anything close to what the pre-offer stated. In any event, we still decided on renewing the lease. We did have to put down $2300, when the pre-offer was for 0 down. My payments are now $60 more than my old contract. We decided to accept the deal only because it resembled the deal we received on our previous lease. Khalid was exceptional, he delivered the car to my house so I could sign the paperwork at home. I love the RX 350, and the 2020 looked even nicer when I saw it in person. It drives excellent. Thank you Khalid and we do look forward to doing business again in the future with him. More
